Wrong

a number of those 30 voted for cloture which allowed the vote to proceed. So they could have stopped it with the cloture vote but where they only need 41 to stop funding Obamacare.

This vote was just a show vote since a simple majority was required to pass. The only reason they voted against it here is so they can say they voted against Obamacare but not really mean it.

Correct!

If all 30 of the senators that voted against the bill were serious about defunding they would have voted against cloture. Only 19 voted against cloture meaning 11 of those 30 are full of sh...garbage. Coburn from Oklahoma was one of those who voted yea for cloture but nay in the final vote. This is one of the "tea party" favorites that is held up as being a conservative. Watch them closely..
