Man Arrested, Incarcerated, and Pardoned for False Gun Charges Needs Help Clearing Name and Regaining Custody of His SonSubmitted by RobHino on Sun, 09/29/2013 - 17:48
This topic has been posted a few times in the past, but Brian has now launched an Indiegogo campaign to fund his book, which he hopes he could turn around and use the profit from book sales to take his case to the Supreme Court.
In 2010 Brian Aitken spent 4 months of a 7 year sentence in prison before the American people demanded his release.
“Have you ever heard the phrase it’s dangerous to be right when the government is wrong? Former FreedomWatch guest Brian Aitken learned the hard way after a judge in New Jersey sentenced him to seven years in prison for exercising his 2nd amendment constitutional rights”
- Judge Napolitano of FreedomWatch on FOX News
ANY PROFIT FROM THE BOOK WILL GO TOWARDS PETITIONING THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT TO HEAR MY CASE AND GETTING BACK PARTIAL CUSTODY OF MY SON WHO THE STATE TOOK AWAY FROM ME FOR BEING A LAW ABIDING GUN OWNER.
Ever wonder what it would be like to fight back against the government, lose everything including custody of your son, become bunkmates with murderers and child molesters (sentenced to less time in prison than you), only to be released from prison by Executive Order after a tremendous outpouring of bipartisan support from across the country? This book is for you.
This book is a collection of autobiographical stories from my experiences fighting for what I believed in... even if it meant going to prison. This is a no holds barred personal expose that will put a face on the consequences of inane laws and overzealous prosecutors turning law-abiding citizens into criminals.
The book will be available in 6"x9" dust-jacketed hardcover. I've priced it out and printing, design, and editing will run around $20,000 for the 1,000 order minimum I need to get this in independent brick and mortar bookstores across the nation and take care of my Indiegogo backers.
