Remove Roberts from the Bench; Repeal the Opt-Out Penalty; NOTA on all Ballots

I was inspired by the recall of State legislators in Colorado, and impressed with the ability of the new tea party representatives in Washington to re-assert the power of the purse to make it difficult for the statists through process, regardless of the ultimate outcome. There are ways for the People to pressure all three branches. How about a recall movement on Chief Justice Roberts for the god-awful Obamacare ruling? A loud effort would undermine the Democrat's argument that Obamacare is "the law of the land".

Second, on the Ron Paul Channel, RP makes a great point about opting out on the 9/30 segment. How about "Repeal the Opt-Out Penalty!". That would be a simple and specific, Liberty-restoring legislative initiative, also aimed at the ruling.

Third, a strike at party control over pre-selected candidates, and an assault on crooked ballot counting machines at all levels of voting, would be to insist on "None of the Above" as a candidate in every race.

Injecting these three ideas, backed by significant popular support, into the media "debate", would shift the framing of the discussion.

"Recall Chief Justice Roberts!"

"Repeal the Opt-Out Penalty!"

"None of the Above on All Ballots!"

Bump!

Good stuff.

What would the Founders do?

Roberts is a coward

And traitor.

To my Liberal Trolls:
"Really Don't mind if you sit this one out. Your words but a whisper, your deafness a shout. I may make you feel, but I can't make you think."
Ian Anderson 1972

I am in. The recall in

I am in. The recall in Colorado was inspiring.

None of the Above

would be a powerful balance to party power. The Libertarian Party has that one right, god help them.
