CA Governor Signs Bill Nullifying NDAA Indefinite Detention


In fact, California’s NDAA nullification bill technically bans state-level law enforcement agencies from enforcing any federal law which violates the US or California Constitution. Depending on how this is interpreted by the courts, AB351 may also protect citizens from additional unconstitutional abuses, beyond those outlined in the 2012 NDAA.
