Terrorist Emperor in Chief Obama sends Delta & SEALs to invade Libya & Somalia (again) during faux-Govt 'ShutDown'

Supposedly, sent to go after those responsible for the recent Kenyan Mall Attacks, because you know, apparently Kenya's California, and the Mall was in Santa Monica.

Worse, Al Shabaab jihadists repelled them off, after they barely made it ashore.

The military took part in two highly secretive anti-terrorism raids in Africa over the weekend. Navy SEALs took part in the first, in Somalia, aimed to capture one of the men believed to have taken part in the recent hostage situation at a mall in Kenya. The covert action was unsuccessful after the team came under heavy gunfire and had to retreat without the targeted Al-Shabab leader. The second took place just hours later in Tripoli, Libya, where SEALs captured Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai (also known by the alias Abu Anas al-Libi), a man wanted in connection with the 1998 embassy bombings in Tanzania and Kenya. RT's Meghan Lopez asks Col. Morris Davis, a law professor at Howard University, if these two raids show a shift in US counterterrorism policy.

A Kenyan Intelligence report leaked yesterday revealed the target of this weekend’s CIA raid in Somalia - and confirmed that the British terrorist known as the 'White Widow' helped to plot a series of planned attacks in the region.

Navy SEAL Team Six was seeking for Abdulkadir Mohamed Abdulkadir when it targeted a beach home near Mogadishu, according to the report.

The attack was initially believed to have targeted al-Shabaab strongman Ahmed Abdi Godane or a Chechen terrorist known as Abu Ciyad.

America's 'Most Wanted' man is an innocent former pizza worker, his son has claimed.

Abu Anas al-Libi was seized by Delta Force commandos in Tripoli on Saturday, wanted for planning the U.S. embassy bombings in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es-Salaam in Tanzania, which led to the deaths of 224 people.

However, his son has claimed that the U.S will find no evidence against him and that he has previously carried out humanitarian work.

Abdullah al-Ruqaie told The Daily Telegraph: 'My father is a normal man. He told us everything about his life. He went from Libya to Afghanistan to help oppressed people there. I assure you that he is innocent, and this will be clear soon, when they fail to provide any evidence against him.'

Libyan militants have vowed to kidnap Westerners and attack gas pipelines in revenge for the capture of Al Qaeda terrorist Abu Anas al-Liby by U.S. special forces.

Extremists took to Facebook to urge fellow Libyans to target ships and planes as well as taking U.S. citizens hostage in order to exchange them for imprisoned jihadists.

Deborah Jones, the American ambassador to Libya, was yesterday summoned to speak to the country's justice minister to explain the U.S. government's actions.

AFRICOM & spineless CONgress aside, the Libyan rendition job?

Clearly an Act of WAR

Seeing as how easy it has become to forget, despite the fact that all of these actions are Acts of War, think an occasional reminder is in order: Yes, it's an act of war for a country to send in its military, infiltrate a wholly sovereign nation, without its permission, and kidnap one of its nationals.

By the way, that would've been an impeachable offense, during Nixon years, and even during Clinton years. Not that it matters to these tyrants; nor was the Congress willing to impeach, over anything but a blue dress.
