Vinnie Paz is one of the best white rappers never heard of.
And hes been at it for 10 years +..
Immortal technique could be the best rapper and biggest if clearwater and vicaom didnt own media.

Those are all good artists on that first link. You could also add, Army of the Pharaohs, but they're basically Jedi Mind Tricks, also Virtuoso - Word War II: Evolution of the Torturer is a great album.
