Zinc Whiskers anyone? Ask IBM. Google it.

For some reason this reminds me of the burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan, you know, the ones they dumped loads of brand new computers, which unfortunately, where the wrong ones, plus whatever else they thought was useless, only to order more. . . cost plus contracts! Uh oh, what's that, it's all destroyed and we'll have to start again? Bugga hey.

Pffft, I smell bs in this story, they try to create the illusion at the end of the story that the NSA is not able to store data at the moment too.

What a crock. Spying by the NSA is rife, and there are some people very happy, that are going to make a lot of money thanks to this. There will be winners of this, and it's not the people.

What are the greenhouse gas emmissions from this baby?

I thought the Great and Powerful BO was dedicated to fighting climate change? If that thing will cost $1million a month in electricity, where are the wind farms a solar panel fields surrounding it to power it? Don't tell me it's going to run on COAL???!!!
I think it should piss a lot of people off that they need to shut off their heating and cooling because they can't afford it, yet they're forced to foot the bill for a spy agency's energy use.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.

Burning the evidence.

They built over a

They built over a magnetically susceptible place like Stonehenge. Of course there'll be many arch faults in high energy circuits due to random high energy rogue magnetic fields. What did they expect?

If They Say It Is Not Operational

I will assume that reports of a fire mean that the building and everything within are completely operational. This definitely means that PRISM is fully functional.

If they had instead reported that everything was perfectly fine, I would assume that to mean that there are major (unsolvable) issues.

yeah, im just gonna go ahead

yeah, im just gonna go ahead and assume someone somewhere is still breaking our privacy rights.

Words are'nt gonna cut it now, for me they have crossed the line of trust, the only way ill trust that they've stopped, is when they are no more, or extreme change, i.e. things we would want them to do but never expect them to do, and they do it.....if you know what i mean, for example, ron paul and the subjects and arguments he brought up, remember the first time.....but more, varied, action, and ALL the time

A Wise Woman once Said...

This quote (about how God might respond to the events of 9/11) comes from a source consistently full of wisdom:

We would gather a world forum, we would ask all of the television cameras to come, and this is what we would say: It seems that this act has come in response to other actions. It seems that someone has seen this as a way of sort of leveling the playing field.

And it seems to us that if we respond in kind, that all that will happen is it will stir up more of the same — and ensure more of these pockets of disaster happening globally as time goes on. And so, we have decided that we will do the unexpected, and not respond. Not because we think that they are right — but because we do not think that in doing that, we would be right, either.

The NSA may not be right in what they do, but we wouldn't be right either - to celebrate death or destruction at their expense.

That's Your hard earned money

going up in smoke!
I guess one of Dick Cheney's companies will have to bled you all again to build a 4 or 6 or 10 billion dollar spy base.
Don't you love it how they can always make You pay for the things that destroy Your liberty. Cunning Bastards!

Hard earned? How hard is changing qty to 2billion and pressing

Having electrical problems

Having electrical problems and the dummies didnt bother figuring it out before turning the power on. Of course it would catch fire.

To climb the mountain, you must believe you can.

Electrical Problems

The report is that they have a serious electrical design problem with certain equipment. Well, 62 MW's of electrical demand is alot, and requires a few large station transformers and distribution transformers for the facility. Then you probably have numerous switchgears and distribution centers.

In other words, the electrical design engineers and the contractor installing the system had a very complex wiring job. Also, take into count, all the necessary surge protection requirements to protect all the servers and computer equipment. Then you have the huge cooler facilities to cool all that equipment down.

So...apparently from what they are saying, they have either some electrical design problems, electrical installation problems, or possible sabatoge, that is causing faults as they "test" or energize various circuits or devices. Basically, a huge complex having some serious electrical start up problems. They will figure it out and just add more $$ to the cost of the facility.

I kew this would happen but didn't say anything.

Funny thing about the NSA Data Center, it was built over a major magnetic vortices convergent point on the planet.

Hey Michael

Do you have a reliable link that labels/lists major/minor planetary vortices/ley lines/convergance points?

I've seen a map that indicates SE Utah as highly energetic and SW Wyoming near Rock Springs. The Data center is located just south of Salt Lake City, in the Mid-Northern part of Utah.

Thanks man.

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

Who believes their excuses?

Maybe this was on purpose. Maybe it was caused by a worm sent in from the outside, or whatever you call what was done to the equipment in Iran. Whatever happened, it was not caused by what they are saying did it. Maybe the powers-that-be are not invincible.

The real hardware would be underground

Even the government ain't stupid enough to build a complex like that in the light of day.

I don't buy it. This complex is most likely a dog and pony show distraction, and it is working.

Divine intervention?
