Peter Schiff Breaks Down Crazy Falsehoods From Obama and I Have My Own Brush With Crazy

Leftists are insane. They are like petulant children who would rather buy into some obvious lie than face unpleasant realities. Here is a short video where Peter Schiff breaks down some outrageous falsehoods from the Resident. It just astounds me how Obama can make these statements.....

I guess I am sensitive about this because I just called into a talk show where the host was insistent that Obama did not have to negotiate about anything and that Congress was obligated to give in and fund everything. When I tried to reason with him, he started yelling and using foul language. After he cut the call off, he said my position was "crazy". It is crazy to expect Obama to negotiate with Congress!

Here is that exchange if you really want to be scared this holiday season....

It appears we are trapped in a society with mentally-ill persons who want to keep borrowing money on our children's account to keep expanding government even though we can't afford what we have now. Perhaps they just like the idea of getting stuff that others will have to pay for (the next generation) so much that they are willing to believe the most obvious falsehoods to keep the looting going. Like many crazy people, when you try to get them to face reality by exposing how irrational their delusions are, the response is anger.

These two vids should send a chill up our spines, realizing that not only do others hold these irrational positions, but that these are not homeless people wandering the streets, but the rulers and opinion-shapers of our society. Happy Halloween!

That presenter is a douche,

That presenter is a douche, typical behaviour you find on MSM, either to stupid, to ignorant or to superior, my way or the high way mentality, just because.......doesnt think that actions may have consequence, doesnt care, or thinks they can fight , with violence, but they dont think themselves as violent, not even when their 1 week memory is witnessing the blowback of one of their actions, and what do they always try and do.....sweep the blowback aside, "to have their cake and eat it", a big dumb ignorant expression on their faces when the frustration of this behaviour finaly comes from those who were opposed........and they do it again, again, and again.....they dont even realise, THEY ARE CREATING THE OPPOSITION THEY DONT WANT........

If a government is to CO-EXIST with our freedoms, it must have truth, transparency and representation, the people have already written a "CONTRACT" with one, and just because folks like these dont hold value on freedoms "contract", doesnt mean other folks DONT.......why should any "federal", "con-trct" be followed, put it THIS way.........we will show respect to federal "contracts" as much as the federal "folks"
show respect to freedoms contract

sorry for my harshness, to ALL concerned, but this behaviour riles me up, and it is still fresh on my mind

"Leftists are insane"

Oh brother. Can we just get over it with the name calling?

What do you think "leftists" call the "rightists"?

Good grief. Sometimes I feel like nobody has learned nothing from Ron Paul.

After all these years, still just half the people calling the other half crazy, and vice versa.

Good grief

:(

That is correct, each of us seems insane to the other because

we hold mutually exclusive premises. So maybe we should have a rational discussion about whose premises are correct. That is what I tried to do with that talk show host and he started yelling at me, using coarse language, and calling my position crazy. So how do you reason with that?

Like you, I was a Ron Paul supporter before being a Ron Paul supporter was cool, but I am not running for anything. I can just tell it like it is. Maybe at first they will be angry at the blunt truth, the honest label about what their choices amount to, but maybe the intervention will eventually work with some of them.

At any rate, it is not OK with me for them to keep looting my kids and then rail at me as the bad guy when I object. I am not going to alter this position.

It is a very hard discipline to follow

Not following party lines or principles of like kind faith is a very hard thing to do. To not stereotype others and see both good and bad from every source is a very hard virtue to master in self discipline. There is no one side right or wrong about everything.

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

Boy you were patient with

Boy you were patient with that guy. He did not want to listen to reason and kept repeating, "he won the election, he won the election." As if, now Obama is king and you should sit down and shut up.

I wonder how far O can go before his supporters wake up. It seems as though they worship him as some sort of god. Good grief. Kudos to you for calling in and making a good case.

And the subtle way he tries

And the subtle way he tries to portray to the viewers
that this caller must be a republican......the left/right BLAME game in order to avoid REAL discussion

If the average joe doesnt learn to recognise this then the support of "PARTIES", the established ones, the ones that have been in postions of influence either by their position or by being in the right time or the right place, the ones that have made choices, who have made PROMISES, .......i just think that also needs a VERY public discussion, one i hope spreads amongst the nations

Thank you. I believe patience is a virtue

and tact is admirable, but at some point justice demands that we just tell the truth even if it offends people who hate that truth.

Ugh

so this Radio guy believes we live in a Monarchy Dictatorship?

All of those in the Senate, House and Presidency are elected. Each to represent the people. Its not just Obama who represents the voting public.

"Once you become knowledgeable, you have an obligation to do something about it."- Ron Paul

I see it differently

I think a lot of people don't understand this stuff. They just hear something that seems "humanitarian" and they push for it. If that's the case, the problem has to do w/ education. People are not taught this stuff in school and those in non-financial careers are less likely to talk about this stuff. Maybe that has changed to some degree in recent times but I think it's still pretty common.

I think you're right.

But what pisses me off are the people that know nothing, don't care to learn, and still want to argue about it like they know all the facts. Like the radio host guy, dude didn't want to talk and learn something at all, but he was gonna argue. People like that need a better saying than "ignorance is bliss"... something like "ignorance is my religion"

If ignorance is bliss, Washington DC must be heaven.

You represent me :) Spot on,

You represent me
:)

Spot on, translated my observational thoughts near enough perfectly, and then you went and put it into words for me, helping my thoughts put words to my thoughts

Translation: Thanks man :)

I disagree. They lack

I disagree. They lack critical thinking skills...and just plain unbiased honesty. That is why they are against war with Bush and all for it with Obama. The facts are staring them in the face but they somehow manage to justify the apparent hypocrisy.

I think both of you are

I think both of you are referring to opposite sides of the same coin. To me, what kevink is referring to is ignorance, or people that fail to educate themselves about a subject. But ignorance is often a symptom of the inability to comprehend things.

If ignorance is bliss, Washington DC must be heaven.

I am sure that is true for many, but listen to the exchange I

had with that radio talk show host and tell me if you think he wants to be educated....

It's only humanitarian when

It's only humanitarian when other people's money is being used. The greater good is served by robbing the public. Well, now that our wallets have been emptied, from where will our aid come?

Zombie Movies are just a metaphor for big government liberals.

Except that Zombies go down

Except that Zombies go down when you blow their brains out. Liberals don't have a brain.
