Veterans March on Valley Forge National Park

Can government SHUT DOWN nature? Our Veterans fought for this country, and NO WAY is the Federal Government going to put up a "Berlin Wall" around our National Parks and WWII Monuments. What would George Washington do if the British tried to shut down his encampment in Valley Forge? He'd resist! They paid the price for Freedom, and now its our turn to honor them.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT REPUBLICANS OR DEMOCRATS, THIS IS ABOUT FREEDOM!

Citizens for Liberty will be hosting a rally and march (ALONG WITH MANY OTHER GROUPS) to say NO to the forced closure of Valley Forge National Park.

This is civil disobedience in action. No violence. Just patriots walking through their parks that they paid for. Our Founding Fathers did it, Rosa Parks disobeyed unjust and immoral laws too, and so can we!

You do not have to stop at a man made fictional barrier which tells you not to cross because of a political objective. You walk around, duck under, move barrier or walk right through it.

The government cannot shut down the woods, the fields, the memorials, the grass or anything else they claim they own. You pay for it through theft of taxation, so it is there for your enjoyment. Let freedom ring!

confederate flag

Lib websites are also showing photos of one confederate flag which becomes the entire issue with them. They like to connect Ted Cruz with racists. This is their ticket. However, we don't know who brought that flag. It might have been a dirty trick to smear the vets. We also don't know whether others at the event encouraged the removal of the confederate flag. It caused a fair amount of bad publicity however.

Fortunately

I didn't see any in VF

Were any of the national

Were any of the national media alerted? Isn't this worthy of coverage? Maybe after-the-fact coverage is better than none?

Agreed

in that taxation is the longest standing form of oppression in human history, and it should be defeated conceptually, politically and legislatively

Being a local Philadelphian

I'm planning on being there while nationally, it seems that the heat of political discontention is turning up!
