wants to give up the life of convenience and materials for freedom. No one except people like Adam Kokesh, Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden will risk getting arrested, cause they have a football game to watch.
That is one sad video..sigh. :(
Getting arrested is failing to play the game properly.

...actually obey their conscience and sacrifice their cushy job and talk truth to the camera and say, "I'm hired by the UN or Fed Gov't, and they asked us (me and my fellow SS troops) to keep American citizens out, but...I'm declaring this day to the American people, in this very uniform I'm wearing that is wrong!! Let them fire me. Come on fellow officer (as he turns to his co-workers), you guys know this is wrong, let's not make criminals out of our fellow citizens and play along to get along with our masters! And I'm gonna let you guys (the public) come on over here, cross the street, and do your sight-seeing, in fact, let me get the keys, I'll let you inside. Let's not take any more crap from the government or from the U.N."
Of course that guy would be fired instantly, but he'd become a national celebrity and hero OVERNIGHT and be interviewed far and wide by alternative media (the real media). Wouldn't it be worth it? Couldn't that person go get another job?

I do have to say though...the founders didnt deliver us a "Free Country", they laid the chains of the constitution on us. How can you be born into a binding contract? Our whole country is founded on force, even from the founders.
I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy
“I am increasingly persuaded that the earth belongs exclusively to the living and that one generation has no more right to bind another to its laws and judgments than one independent nation has the right to command another.” - Thomas Jefferson
Too bad Jefferson wasn't present for the Philadelphia Convention. Too bad President Jefferson didn't act more like his younger, more moral, self.
That our founders gave us the Constitution which is chains on "us", as pil45 says above.
I wish any of these, I'm not sure if they're trolls or well-meaning posters here, but I wish somebody would explain how in any shape, form, or fashion the Constitution puts chains on the American people at large.
No, it's just the opposite. The Constitution chains down THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THe obvious problem is that somebody has to enforce it, and that ultimately is the people in the states, who can/should NULLIFY bad "laws", and there are many other safeguards (like the militia, "being necessary for the maintaining of a free state") but the people MUST ACT.
But PLEASE, why does pil45 and a few others try to portray the Constitution as something that is intrinsically harmful to the people?? I don't get it other than to say you guys are trolls.
it isnt voluntary. I did not consent to live under this Constitution, yet it is enforced upon me. You may say that what we have isnt "Constitutional", but it is the reality and will never be different in my lifetime. Therefore, I see the Constitution as a foot in the door for those who seek power through "representation" of the US "Citizens".
As for your troll comment, get a life. All you have to do is look at someones profile and comments to see if they are a troll. Sounds like you're just butthurt over someone who doesnt worship the Constitution.
You are positively correct, underdog. The founders considered any federal government the enemy of a free people.
That kind of argument comes from those with a high level understanding of the Constitution and anarcho capitalism. You should sign up for Liberty Classroom and take the Constitutional history class and then you'll have a better understanding as to why the Constitution was doomed to fail from the start and why it created the giant monster we have today. Or better yet, turn to freedomainradio.com for the philosophical arguments.
Why would you concern yourself with "why" the framers (not founders btw) gave us the Constitution and not with the results. If good intentions counted for anything we'd all be democrats.
Why don't you try and explain how the establishment of the national government and its rule of law were not force rather than start calling people trolls.
Sorry for the troll comment.
I have a fairly high level of understanding of the Constitution, but not anarcho capitalism. Is that what this is about? I see. It's a "talking point" of anarcho capitalism. Sort of like how patriots are racists for opposing what Obama does? We are charge with being racists, while the whole point of our argument is ignored.
I am signed up for Liberty Classroom, and my kids and I are going through the lectures. Haven't reached the part you're referencing.
But you ask me to explain how the establishment of the national gov't and its Constitution was "force"?
How you explain that! It's a bit off topic though. THE point is that the Constitution is meant to CHAIN DOWN the federal gov't from growing, to prevent tyranny, to prevent the federal government's "force" from growing. It's a LIMITING document.
Yet the person above says it chains the people down. I see no explanation from you, yet my explanation is the 9th and 10th Amendments.
No, I don't have some anarcho capitalist agenda to push. Perhaps I need to research that, but can't we just look at it logically?
Well, that was funny..I think..anyway, it made be laugh..bitterly..
