Gee, thanks for pointing out the subtleties of decimal place rounding guys. The fact is, Ron got second, and they're showing him 3rd. I'm not worked up, I'm pointing out a fact.
It's only showing the number
It's only showing the number of delegates, not votes. Since they were tied, it's by chance that McCain's name appears above Paul's. Nothing to get worked up about.
Plus, they could claim alphabetical order.
Between the tied ones, that is.
