Sara Palin was already on this...

Sara Palin was present while the government fences on our national mall were torn down and dumped in front of the white house. She stated that if the president refuses to honor debt payments then he is in direct violation of the supreme law of the land, and such is excellent cause for impeachment.
However, as someone else pointed out here, it's just one more entry on an extremely long list of impeachable offences by this collectivist president.

Look, I'm happy people are thinking more about constitutionality, but I will accept "selected fidelity" from no one. Roberts' decision was one of the most harmful ever to our Constitutional Republic, and there is an unambiguous cause for impeachment. All this repub prattle about cutting deals over ACA is stooopid. The statute is unconstitutional on many levels, and that is the only issue that matters. Arguing the details accepts the basis of law. BS repubs!
So how bout it Palin? Do you care about the Constitution per se? Or do you only care when convenient?

I used to be a big McClintock

I used to be a big McClintock supporter when he was running for governor. But over the years he has shown himself to be extremely shady and squirly, to say the least.

McClintock endorsed Ron in 2008 and Rand for Senate as well. I know he skipped 2012

Actually, No, he never endorsed Ron Paul in 2008. he 'thought about it' but never went that far. As he states himself in the link you provided which sourced the LA Times: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2008/01/with-fred... "I don’t want to go too far. I am still looking."

Three days after that LAT article ran, I had the chance to ask Tom on air with Roger Hedgecock KOGO if he would be willing to endorse Ron, Tom said NO. That Ron is not "presidential timbre."

In 2012, Tom admitted that he did indeed vote for Paul in '08. But he never publicly endorsed him prior to the '08 election. I followed this very closely.

I understand and concede your point though, that Tom's voting record is better than most. Which unfortunately is not saying much.

Tom McClintock does have his moments
