Beautiful

.

Quarter of the way thru and I hear one of my favorite artists, Vladimir Semyonovich Vysotsky (Влади́мир Семёнович Высо́цкий). Made my day.

One of those rare times when you are granted both quality and quantity.. if you're willing to put in the work.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the rest of them.

loved it!

I butchered my first hog in 1978.. it was something I'll never forget.
Her name was Daisy.. (don't ever 'name' your hog.. fyi)
Anyway.. we managed it (pre internet) and froze MUCH meat.
Our 'experiment' with a smokehouse... turned into a disaster though..
built it out of (free) cull wood from the local lumber mill..
and
the whole thing went up in a giant inferno with some of our best
cuts... NO bacon that winter.
We were grateful however for Daisy... and she fed us well.
Cheers,
G.

Blown away

at the quality and complete truthfulness from man, farm, pig, woman to economy.
