New Captain America Movie

http://youtu.be/NLWsK1ZFunA

I am big superhero fan and over the years my favorites have changed but I'd have to say that my favorite is the Cap. I love that fact that he still holds liberty and freedom in a world that isn't the same as the one he left. In the Avengers you hear him say "I heard we won the war, nobody told me all that we lost" In this trailer we get to see a glimpse of what I hope will shine through in this movie. That even the "bad guys" should get the same rights of the good guys, free trial and that we should look to history for the future.

that, looks pretty grrrrrrrreat!!!

not to mention, the lead character questions policestate tactics and all?

AWESOME!

perhaps the intra-conflict within Hollywood itself is one where non-interventionism is slowly beginning to take hold. who knows?

one can only wish.

or, reading the zeitgeist of the vox populi, perhaps some within Hollywood are simply astute/just smart enough to read which direction the FRN profit centers are blowing towards...

stay tuned.

"This isn't freedom, this is fear."

Of all the fictional characters to dismantle the police state with a single line, Captain America manages it. Captain America, ex-propaganda piece, has managed to be quite thoroughly redeemed.

Between this and the BLATANT disregard for the government shown in the Iron Man films, I think Marvel may actually lean towards our side, even if it isn't full-on libertarian.

It's amazing what Marvel and Stan Lee has done

Did anyone notice what kind of motorcycle he was riding?
Another classic comic that would make a great movie is Adam Strange. It has a great sci-fi story line, although not as well known.

You mean isn't it amazing what Jack Kirby and Joe Simon did?

Stan Lee at best is only a half contributor many of Marvel Super Heroes. Kirby, Simon, Dikto, Simonsen, and many others tremendously influenced all the Marvel supers--A fact that Stan Lee, as the Marvel spokesperson, often forgets to mention.

Cappie is my son's

favorite too.

Watched Iron Man 3 last night...not impressed at all.

I like Thor...lots of chivalry with a little bravado.

I think Iron Man 3 had some subtle hints about Osama Bin Laden

being fake with that one actor dude they had posing as the front man. There were definitely subtle hints in Iron Man 3, that weren't so subtle to me though.

Yeah fans of the comic were

Yeah fans of the comic were pretty pissed that "The Mandarin" Iron Man's worst enemy, who was also referred to in the first movie (The Ten Rings) turns out to be a hobo actor. That was depressing. http://screenrant.com/iron-man-3-ten-rings/

Seconded and thirded. IM3 was a joke.

Downey makes the Stark character fun, but even he couldn't make up for such a lame story. And don't get me started on what they did to the Mandarin.
