Occupied Amerika News Ep.3: PoliceState-Actual; Wanna see what ILLEGALLY "Brandishing a FireArm" looks like? Look @ This AP Pix

Don't care if you are donning a Halloween costume; you do this to anyone who knows anything about firearms, you're not gonna have a very good day:

A California Highway Patrol officer and another emergency responder stop a vehicle at a checkpoint near the neighborhood where a federal immigration officer was shot and three local police officers were wounded during a violent confrontation with a suspect in the Sacramento suburb of Roseville on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013. ** Oh, boo boo: so, one of 'your own' got hurt, so ya gotta nuke the entire world to save your petty childish insecure egos and hurt feelings? Crazy, sociopathic fascist maggot imbeciles!

That is just an innocent driver pulling up to an illegal UnConstitutional checkpoint, and having that 'operator'-wannabe with an AR pointing its (sic) muzzle at the driver's head! Literally, ANYONE and EVERYONE pulling up to that checkpoint would have a bullet literally pointed at their heads, for merely driving through the wrong location at the wrong time, even if they live in the vicinity! I mean seriously: how F'ng braindead ARE Californians?? NO. Really??

What that POS a-hole govt terrorist is doing, is an ILLEGAL act, a felony, in ALL 50 states! The moron fascist Nazi lunatic in that photo MUST be arrested, period! The victim driver in the photo MUST pursue a criminal legal action, if this will ever be stopped in Commufornia, once and for all, not to mention, in rest of the states!

Observe, 'unless you're a member of the corporatist InfraGard or govt, you're all guilty until proven innocent and worth spit!'-peon training in action:

California Cops Impose Police State Following Shooting

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
October 27, 2013

If a cop or some other official of the government gets shot in your neighborhood, expect the imposition of a police state and the termination of the Bill of Rights. That’s what happened in Roseville, California, on Friday night following a shootout between a parolee and law enforcement.

Because an officer was shot in the jaw, a fed immigration agent was shot in the leg, and other cops were lightly injured residents of the neighborhood were not allowed to return to their homes for more than 24 hours. They had to endure checkpoints and orders to evacuate their homes.

An AP article on the incident concentrates on the danger posed by the man wanted for parole violation and says nothing about the danger of cops engaged in a vendetta. Cops routinely shoot and kill people when they perceive a threat, even kids with toy guns and small dogs, and they are especially violent when one of their own is killed or wounded.

Suspect in Northern Calif. standoff surrenders

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (AP) — Some residents of a suburban Sacramento city still were waiting to return to their homes 24 hours after a Friday night shootout between law enforcement agents and a wanted parolee left six officers injured.

Roseville police spokesman Lt. Cal Walstad said that one Roseville police officer with a jaw wound and a federal immigration agent shot in the leg remain hospitalized Saturday in serious condition. Four other Roseville officers injured by shrapnel were treated and released.

The suspect in the violent confrontation that ended after an hours-long standoff is a validated gang member with a criminal record that includes assault and carjacking. Samuel Nathan Duran, 32, was taken to the Placer County jail Saturday after being treated for scrapes and cuts after surrendering just after midnight.

Police stop 19 cars and handcuff citizens in an effort to find a bank robbery suspect. CNN's Ted Rowlands reports.

When an armed bank robber struck a Wells Fargo branch in Aurora, Colorado, police took extraordinary and controversial steps to find the suspect.

They pulled over 19 cars at an intersection and ordered everyone out of them at gunpoint, even children.

"I had my hands up, they had rifles and guns and everything pointed at me with shields and a canine dog," 16-year-old Michael Hance told CNN's Ted Rowlands about the June incident.

Nearly everyone was then handcuffed and treated as an armed and dangerous suspect.

Police in Aurora, Colo., searching for suspected bank robbers stopped every car at an intersection, handcuffed all the adults and searched the cars, one of which they believed was carrying the suspect.

Police said they had received what they called a “reliable” tip that the culprit in an armed robbery at a Wells Fargo bank committed earlier was stopped at the red light.

“We didn’t have a description, didn’t know race or gender or anything, so a split-second decision was made to stop all the cars at that intersection, and search for the armed robber,” Aurora police Officer Frank Fania told ABC News.

Officers barricaded the area, halting 19 cars.

Police detained and handcuffed forty innocent bystanders after a bank robbery in Aurora, Colorado, on June 4. Nearly two dozen cars were stopped near a Wells Fargo Bank and the occupants held without probable cause as police searched for a suspect.

Police Chief Daniel Oates demonstrated his ignorance of the Fourth Amendment when he told CBS in Denver "the ends justify the means" after the illegal round-up snared a suspect. He described the mass detainment and handcuffing as lawful and necessary.

"The law is clear that investigative detentions are lawful for a reasonable period of time," Oates said. "Reasonableness is determined by the facts and circumstances at issue, and the facts and circumstances were the suspect was in one of 19 cars."

Oates then apologized to the innocent bystanders who were terrorized.

Police in Aurora, Colorado stopped every car and handcuffed every adult at an intersection in order to find a bank robbery suspect. Police Chief Daniel Oates said, "The law is clear that investigative detentions are lawful for a reasonable period of time." Judge Napolitano disagrees, saying, "You can only be stopped if the police can articulate, can state, some suspicion about you and that can only be for a brief period of time."

In this specific incident, the judge says these were not stops by police but were arrests.

Napolitano concluded, "We fought wars against governments who arrested groups of people until they got their person. We don't do that in America."

oh, HELL NO

I was once sweeped by a clueless grocery eater shopping for a shotgun at the big box sportsman store south of Austin. You better believe I made a scene. I don't give a rat's ass if you THINK the gun is unloaded or even if you are sure you cleared the chamber ... MORAN

NOBODY EVER POINTS A GUN AT ME WITHOUT GETTING A NEW ASSHOLE REAMED INTO THEM RIGHT THEN AND THERE. PERIOD.

I don't go to those big box sportsman stores anymore ... gun shows are where it's at ... my kind of peeps there.

Regarding the picture in the OP, I can guarantee that I would have been out of my car and in that "LEO"'s face ... consequences be damned. Yes. I know what I'm writing. CONSEQUENCES BE FUCKING DAMNED!

I guess it helps my situation here that most of the LEOs where I live are avid sportsmen and know how to handle a gun properly.

I've had to chew out a good friend who, when climbing into my pickup, swept his long gun barrel towards my feet at the brake and accelerator pedals. I made a scene then, too.

I have found that making a scene is the only way you can make an impression on an adult who obviously never received gun etiquette training as a kid.

"Common sense" used to be more common.

CAPTAIN DARLING: "Security, Blackadder."

BLACKADDER: "Security?!"

GENERAL MELCHITT: "Security is not a dirty word, Blackadder. Crevasse is a dirty word, but Security is not."

BLACKADDER: "So in the name of Security, everyone has to have their bottoms fondled by this drooling pervert?"

DARLING: "Just doing my job, Blackadder."

BLACKADDER: "Well how lucky that your job is also your hobby."

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

He's going to be in real trouble! It is regulation to be wearing your smokey hat when out of a vehicle! However he might get commended because he doesn't actually have his finger on the trigger yet.

He is breaking basic gun safety rule #2:

Keep the gun pointed in the safest possible direction

Always be aware of where a gun is pointing. A "safe direction" is one where an accidental discharge of the gun will not cause injury or damage. Only point a gun at an object you intend to shoot.

What would the Founders do?

During WWII

If an Nazi SS soldier was killed by a local partisan or resistance fighter the SS would round up anywhere from a dozen to a hundred innocent local civilians and publicly execute them. CA law enforcement must think we should be grateful they're merely sticking rifle muzzles in our faces for the time being.

That's why you should have C4

That's why you should have C4 packs in both doors. If they kill you, you take a few of them with you.

Upvote, because this is war.

Sorry, NAPpers, but a gun in your face = war.

But don't kill yourself; live to fight another day.

Rig up something like a claymore mine inside the door or behind front fender (?), with thick backing / blast shield (or at least some outward-facing shotgun shells... hidden somewhere / somehow).

Not sure how best to accomplish, but worth some thought. (Of course the instability of many explosives would be problematic... never mind accidental ignition during a car accident, etc. Yikes...)

What would the Founders do?

And you prevent this from going off in a regular traffic

accident how?

Exactly! Dunno. As I already said....

"...the instability of many explosives would be problematic... never mind accidental ignition during a car accident, etc. Yikes...)"

I sure don't have the answer(s)!

What would the Founders do?

just a reminder, that Nazi Stahlhelm donning Sgt. Hans Schultz

The trick is not to let the second officer get that close to the vehicle. Pull that shotgun as soon as the second trooper pops the passenger door and do NOT submit to an unlawful arrest or search.

There were also reports of this image during the Dorner manhunt.

So far just unbelievable/unforgivable toleration.

In truth, technically speaking, we've been hijacked in 1913 by NWO banksters, but 'legally' we've been officially a Police State since FDR signed the War Powers Act/National Emergencies Act in 1933, and EVERY SINGLE POTUS since have annually renewed it.

Yup, not much talked about, but not metaphorically, but LITERALLY we've always lived in an official police state/martial law, since 1933. No really, really:

On November 19, 1973, the Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency presented Senate Report 93-549 at the first session of the 93rd Congress. The Introduction to the report, an examination of existing War and Emergency Powers Acts, states:

“Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Harry S. Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Richard M. Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.”[1]

“These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes.”[2]

“Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens.”[3]

“With the melting of the cold war–the developing detente with the Soviet Union and China, the stable truce of over 20 years duration between North and South Korea, and the end of U.S. involvement in the war in Indochina-there is no present need for the United States Government to continue to function under emergency conditions.”

FDR’s Emergency Act has NEVER been rescinded; recently, as predicted, and practiced by every POTUS since FDR, Barack Hussein oBUSHma just renewed it:

State of National Emergency in effect since November 1979

The United States has been in a state of national emergency continuously for over 30 years, since the Carter administration invoked it premised on the “situation in Iran”. In November 2012, President Barack Obama informed Congress that the State of National Emergency in effect since November 14, 1979 will be extended another year.[1] The National Emergencies Act grants various powers to the president during times of emergency,[2] and was intended to prevent a president from declaring a state of emergency of indefinite duration.[3]

To me, yesterday and today were just another act in the theater of the absurd.

Currency collapse is coming, all the while the biggest explosion in technology boom is coinciding with that mess. Graphene/carbon nanotubes, 3D printing, anyone?

Where will all this lead??

How will we all come out? Who knows?

We're in the midst of an epic, epic history in the making.

But I know one thing: develop your own parallel systems of 'thrival' (thrive+survival) because the Ruling Class already has.

IMHO, there's no 'fixing' anything. Stock up, but leave a bit of room for beauty and creativity will ya? lol.

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

I am in Cali and I must say a couple of things here

First yes California has brain dead zombies everywhere BUT I must say one plus for Californians for most part want to do the right thing even if most of them are wrong most of the time. Example: many Californians want to help people so they build a massive unsustainable welfare state.

I must say though that I am from Virginia and lived a good part of my life in Florida and when it comes to the people and the government both Virginia and Florida are orders of magnitude worse than California. At least Californians have an open mind. In Virginia the cops and judges will make a decision who is going to be in prison and then literally make that happen. In Virginia if they don't like you the cops will hunt you down and find a "law" you broke so that they can destroy your life and throw you in and out of jail over and over for your entire life.

In Florida I have literally seen cops committing all out warfare on people many many times on private land and in the national forests and the cops there literally want to hurt and physically injure you. Florida cops are roidhead maniacs who look and act like they have been genetically engineered to kill anything that is not their slave.

So yes California sucks pretty bad and has some really psycho cops here as well but the psycho cops seem to far fewer (maybe only 80 - 90% psychos compared 99-100% in Florida and VA) than most other places I have been but most other places in the US are even worse than California for different reasons. I have never met a cop in Florida that should not be in prison for life or possibly even just given the death penalty and every cop in VA I met except for one or two should also be in prison for life.

The most powerful Law of Nature is Time. It is finite and we all will run out of it. Use this Law to your advantage, for it offers you infinite possibilities...

Intention is irrelevant if your actions are wrong.

Classical "socialist" clap trap.

I really don't care if every single Californian "wants" to do the right thing.

They consistently and persistently vote in communists and they export that crap elsewhere.

Their "well meaning" motives and intentions are meaningless.

I partially agree with you

The only part I don't agree with is the voting part.

Out of the hundreds of people in California I know I only know a half dozen or so who vote. I don't vote either.

If you are calling me a socialist you are dead wrong. Also if you think that people voting is the problem then you need look to squarely in the mirror to find the real problem. If the rule of law is upheld then voting does not matter at all.

If you have an ID or Driver's license or pay property taxes or fill out tax returns or register your childrens' births then it is YE who are the destroyer of law and the financial supporter of international state sponsored terrorism and responsible for imprisoning your fellow innocent Americans. I really don't care about your intentions, you are either going to uphold the law and bring criminals to justice or not.

If you vote I can also blame you for destroying my freedom.
