Metaphoric Hyperbole

Misuse of literally is metaphoric hyperbole - our degenerative culture has accepted it as contextually correct for decades, which has helped develop a slanted sense of fabrication versus genuine. It becomes metaphoric itself through its usage via exaggeration. Exempli gratia: totally, really (or real), truly, et cetera.

Still pretty funny though. Maybe they should add the whole "on fire" bit to their scripts.
