It's not often you hear this said about court motions, but:

You're gonna wanna read this, all the way through. I promise you'll be rewarded with good feelings.

This May Seem Unrelated, But To My Mind It's Not

I think the jury got it right in the O.J. Simpson trial.

The defense proved that the state had tampered with evidence and lied. To me, that invalidates the case end of story.

Better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent man go to prison. The verdict helped fight and curb police and prosecutorial corruption, a far more important thing than meting out punishment to O.J. Simpson himself, regardless of whether he did the crime.

That innocent man had a darn good guardian of the realm

I've always thought the same thing btw.

So funny, and yet so sad.

LoL!

"Guardian of the Realm."

"Defender of the innocent."

Priceless.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Instant Replay: best line

(When discussing how the defense would also like to ban words, if the government gets to ban words, the lawyer suggests that the defendant be called by a new title...to which he adds...)

"The designation "That innocent man" would also be acceptable."

Epic, indeed.

:) Thanks for posting this!

That made me smile!

Thanks, I really needed to read something like that. I've been in a rotten mood today, that lifted the dark cloud. I guess all lawyers are not scumbags. I might have even hugged this one!
