So it was stated that Adam Kokesh's attorney left his case, now Adam has a public defender, how do we get a pitch in for a real

attorney going? I saw Adam Kokesh first speak about 6 or 7 years ago at the R3volution March, it was the most amazing speech I ever heard in my life. He did not load a shotgun in DC to free himself, he did that for us and for all his fallen brothers he got to watch die in Iraq. Are we all gonna let some state appointed monkey represent one of our very own in court? I am in for cash, I just have no idea how or who should start a pitch in page to help him get a good lawyer. It seems the people Adam had entrusted his finances coming in to, stole all of his money, so we can't look to them to pick a donation spot. How do we do this, time is ticking, is there a lawyer in the house we can have at least look into this case to see how much we need to come up with? Any lawyers on here that can give us an amount of money we could even pay to that said lawyer? If Adam falls through the cracks, we all will be next.

So call it anti theft device sell some of Adams stones

For 10 bucks you get a rock to use any way you want as a anti theft device or does kick starter not allow that.

Quick pay the attorneys vast sums of federal reserve notes. For FREEDOM!

All rights reserved and no rights waived.

Two questions that I still have are:

1) What does Adam want?

2) Why did is attorney leave and how will hirring another one be any different

...

Adam wants out of jail and to recover his stolen wealth by rebuilding.

No attorney with a half a brain will touch this. The codes and statutes in Washington, District of Columbia are enforced by the robes of black.

who knows

It presents some possibly interesting constitutional issues. Also, I think plenty of attorneys would "touch this" if they could be paid reasonably for it. You state no reasoning - because you have none - for your opinion to the contrary. The fact that he had an attorney before, and has one now, shows you are wrong twice already. Nt that it ever stopped you. Go for 3?

He gets railroaded. There is no constitutional issues. Your a truck.

I guess an attorney only fights for a reasonable sum. The sad part is he gets the same noose.

...

Adam is fucked with public pretender. They will make an example of him. No attorney that has sworn his life to the bar association is going to touch this without a huge pile of cash.

If Adam does not go after the oath of office than he is a lost cause.

Regrettably,

great

then hire a witch doctor paralegal to file gibberish paperwork. That seems to be a popular choice around these parts! No, I'm not serious.

Public Defenders actually do look after their clients. You won't get a gold plated defense from them, but it really isn't a situation where they're conspiring to put you away. That's just not the way it is and just sounds ignorant of our system.

"...just sounds ignorant of our system. "

If it's yours than why don't you help Adam out the mess he is in?

You never won a case in your life. You are so experienced at getting away with crime. Your not serious at all. Are you giving legal advice? I'm not.

I think what I find most annoying about you is that you seem autistic. You are beyond simple minded. You are the fool. For some reason you have latched on to me for emotional support.

Are you gonna help Adam or not? What are your sources for his defense?

Lets do Crowd funding in Adams name at kick starter

Set aside for his defense fund.
He was standing up for liberty in his own way.
We should not abandon such a Man that is willing to put
it on the line for liberty.
We gotta stick together united we stand.

legal defense funds are not allowed on Kickstarter.

Sorry.

9-11 was a panda job.

It's sad to see this. It just

It's sad to see this. It just goes to show you that you can't mix business with pleasure. Having a bunch of party friends running your business is a recipe for disaster.

I can just see the board meeting: "Stop bogging the joint man!" "Okay who wants to be the treasure?"

"Should we pay Adams lawyer or buy some dope?" We all know how they answered that one :)

I enjoy a good alcohol buzz from time to time but, would never ever consider talking business over a beer. If you are smoking dope, Drinking, or doing anything daily you will never have a clear head out of the cloud of the drug. You will never realize your full potential. Why do some need to medicate and numb life away?

PS with Adams clouded decision making process I wouldn't intrust him with my money.

You didn't connect the two

Adam had a venture going until he was arrested for incidents surrounding his ACTIVISM. I've never examined his financials or reporting but it seemed to be going well.

How many other business models do you know that involve the principle going to jail or being arrested on camera as part of it's operating procedures? Where's the boilerplate for that?

What organizational structure could at this point survive? I suggest very possibly none. Other than friendship. Which is not an organizational structure at all.

There is nothing strange about having a bar of soap in your right pocket, it's just what's happening.

I don't know how well it was

I don't know how well it was going. The last time he went to jail (from the dope rally) he didn't appear to be very organized. His first video released was of a glassy red eyed self. When I see some of the people in the videos released by AVTM I can't imagine leaving my future in their hands. No way would I hand them my ATM card.

Boilerplate? In business you prepare for likely outcomes. No one is irreplaceable. You have to have the right people to step up to the plate when the chips are down. Adam obviously intrusted the wrong people. Was he recruiting people based on business, friend, or party ability? His organization was missing checks and balances when it comes to the finances. Has anyone been arrested for the theft of his money? Was oversight so loose even that can't be proven?

At the very least his father should have been asked to take over the finances. We can all be fooled who knows exactly how it all went down. The bottom line Adam failed himself. His choices led to his predicament.

I think he and his "team"

Have been taking donations at https://adamvstheman.com/invest/ . Now ive heard that money could also be used as discrectionary funds for other Adam vs The Man endevours and a portion of his team has already been accused from stealing from Adam and misusing funds raised for him.

That last i heard Adam had said the above link was the place to help out financialy.

But if someone started a seperate crowd sourced fund that had some method of accountability inwould gladly donate.

If everyone wrote him a letter he'd probabaly appreciate that almost as much.

Why did his attorney leave?

To find an honest lawyer kind of seems like an oxymoron.
I don't see how it will be possible for any attorney to argue that he didn't do anything illegal? He kind of made his own self-incriminating evidence on that grounds. Hiring any attorney to argue on this ground I feel will be rather futile. They should dismiss this case for lack of cause of action. "Cause of action" is what a case is built on to show that someone caused harm or damage to someone (no victim, no crime, this is also what http://fija.org is all about).
I was arrested and charged with battery of an officer few years ago after asking some questions at a speeding stop. It's a long story but I finally got the case dismissed. I took the pro-se crash course from Jurisdictionary: www.jurisdictionary.com?refercode=SE0013
It was very helpful in learning how the court system works which everyone should understand otherwise they will walk all over us.

Another thing I did in my case and Adam should do is demand the arresting officers Oath of Office. (this I did not learn from the Jurisdictionary course)

Last I heard Adam's idea was to try to get the word out about Jury nullification. They already have ads in DC:

Bump for jurisdictionary

Careful! That course is by a JD

That means you may not get your minimum gibberish quotient from it as the guy that runs it has a real edumacayshun. Though people with JD are usually guys that couldn't pass a bar exam.

I don't care. Anything that gives the individual control over

their destiny is better than paying someone who has a license, or a degree. Good luck with your crusade college boy!

That's exactly the point

This guy does have a degree! If you're gonna go gibberish, go big! Find some guy who has no high school diploma but promises to have all the legal solutions to keep you out of jail, to drive with no license and to access your secret all caps bank account! Maybe someone that makes youtube videos and talks about strange punctuation saving you from the gubmint.

?????

You obviously know nothing about the Jurisdictionary course as it has nothing to do with what you are talking about?

seeing that the guy that runs it has a JD

it may actually be a decent course...I say may because again people who trot out JD behind their names are usually persons that graduated but couldn't pass a bar exam.

It would be wholly inadequate fpr the stakes that Adam is in...such courses are perhaps at best good at helping you fight a traffic ticket. Maybe.

But it certainly would be better than a lot of the gibberish training courses that get recommended on the innerwebs by certain suckers/suckees.

I nominate phreedom

He can show up and tell the judge about how they have to have a cause of action to bring criminal charges! It'll be a hoot!

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

it worked for me

I'm not saying that it was solely the Jurisdictionary course, but it sure helps knowing how the system works.
I think I did better than a public defender or public pretender as I like to call it as they are simply pretending to represent you but are working for the state.

you may have

but most public defenders aren't so bad. It's a popular myth. Just don't expect a cost-no-object defense if you did something, are guilty as could be, and want them to turn over a lot of irrevelant rocks in the hope of finding something.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

yes, your right...

some public defenders aren't so bad. Most of the time they can work out some type of plea bargain (which you can also do yourself as a pro-se), but I'm not so sure Adam would be up for that?
