top technical nsa whistle-blowers totally disagree with rogers

they say 9/11 was caused by people like rogers and his large unconstitutional dragnet approach. they created a simple inexpensive tightly focused program that was working fine and claim would have stopped 9/11. unfortunately the program was shut down and a new less effective billion dollar (MIC)large dragnet program was implemented, missing 9/11.

A crime isn't a crime unless someone reports it. It is the same in the third world. An injured party must make a complaint.

All rights reserved and no rights waived.

...to make it real?

If someone is mugged, it's a crime whether it's reported or not. If someone lies, he's a liar whether he gets caught in his lie or not. The issue has to do with the justice system, not reality.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the Universe.
~ John Muir

If a tree falls in the forest and nothing is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

There is no justice because no justice system exists. You have de facto government corporate criminals. This is a simple fact. You can accept reality or not.

You don't have to like it. I am not making an moral observation but a factual one.

All rights reserved and no rights waived.

Sounds like the mind of a peeping tom.

Government must prove itself innocent to wield authority.

The Pakleds have taken over Star Fleet.

Their modus operandi is to exaggerate their distress and helplessness to lure in "good Samaritans" whose advanced technology and knowledge can then be taken by force in a surprise attack or kidnapping.

It's the difference between "legal" and "moral".

LEGALLY, a lawyer will argue that if you can't prove someone lied, they didn't lie.

That is a logically, objectively false statement, but it is a logically true statement AT LAW.

Objectively, someone may or may not have lied, regardless of whether it was proven.

But not AT LAW. AT LAW it must be proven.

Thank goodness for the Divine Judge who knows the objective truth regardless of what any lawyer might argue.

Lawful is not legal. Legal is not lawful.

All rights reserved and no rights waived.

It's galling.

Democide might be justified if no one lives to tell, eh?

That this Rep. Rogers cares little about the principles of liberty lost in the name of "effectiveness", is no surprise. RINOs routinely count Liberty as collateral damage. "Exactly right",yeah, well...

Good of Professor Vladeck to object timely, just not as strenuously as I hoped for.

really it's interesting?

i don't believe him. he just claimed it's an interesting proposal that a tree still makes a sound when it falls if nobody is there to hear it... really? how is that interesting or surprising? what would be surprising is if the tree actually made no sound when it fell...

Since people don't know they are being spied on and haven't complained about it, they [the spies] must be doing something right...

LOL WHAT?! yeah... not getting caught doing something illegal is now "doing something right" ... i see...

I use Blue Wave, but don't expect one of THEIR silly taglines.

The gov is literally claiming that their sh!t doesn't stink

while proceeding to serve it to us for dinner.

I can't wrap my head around how outrageous the claims from the government are becoming lately. And yet, the majority still responds with a yawn as they flip the television channel. The emperor has no clothes.

So, have we not committed tax fraud if

we don't declare our income?

no my friend, it is, do as i

no my friend, it is, do as i say, not as i do

you only commit tax fraud if you fail to report TAXABLE INCOME. The question then becomes what part of your income is really taxable.

What is income?
