Man Subjected to Anal Cavity Searches, Forced Enemas, Colonoscopy for Clenching his Buttocks "Suspiciously"

I didn't see this posted.

All this guy did was not come to a full and complete stop at a stop sign while exiting a Wal-Mart parking lot in New Mexico. When the officer that was lying in wait around the corner pulled him over, they ordered the man out of his car, and they claimed that he was clenching his gluteus maximus in a "suspicious" manner, suggesting that he was hiding something like drugs in his rectum. That was all they needed to secure a search warrant from a judge and subject the man to humiliating medical procedures for the next 14 hours:

They can't legally do this

all searches of vehicle and person must be related to the original traffic stop by cops.

Stuff like this has already been decided by SCOTUS!

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

Puts new perspective on the term "butt pirates"

Beyond horrific

These vermon deserve a very long jail time on top of being taken for everything they have.
I am so happy the plaintiff is asking for a jury trial. Just pray there are people in NM who will give this poor man justice.

you know, the more I think about it

the more I wonder if this man was targeted for some other reason than running a stop sign and appearing to clench his buttocks. Usually cops don't even want you to get out of the car, but the article says that he was asked to step out of the vehicle.

I know cops are some of the dumbest mofo's alive, but could they really be this stupid? Or was the traffic stop a pretext to carry out some vendetta or threaten him in some way?

Cops must have thought he was really hot.

They also like strip searching women who are buxomie and very curvy and/or blond.
If I were this man my revenge plan would have been mapped out before I was released from that hospital. After he gets $20+ million from lawsuit, he waits about seven years if he can while learning how to contact the best sympathico hit men in the country. Everyone of those criminals should be found dead with narcotics up their pooper.
Revenge is a good thing, not a bad thing. When people know they can get away with a crime they repeat their offense. Even if you win $20 million in court, suspension, firing or even jail won't cause remorse in those individuals because no one feels responsible for their actions today: "sorry, but I'm just doing my job as instructed." No, it's punishment of the highest order you must seek for true satisfaction - that's called revenge.
Imagine knowing these offenders still walk the earth after such an offense, how would you feel? How does a rape victim feel when they know the perpetrator is in the same or neighboring town?
Recall the story of a father of a young woman who was raped - he waited at the airport and when the perp disembarked the plane the father shot the man point blank. Now that's genuine satisfaction - revenge. Nothing else would do, or you will carry pain and scars until you die.
Remember Ingmar Bergman's The Virgin Spring, Max von Sydow knew what he had to do. Why should the victim carry the disease of the crime?

If this sounds like a rant, what the hell, it's 3 a.m. and this story brings up a lot of emotion.
Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. So if I carry God around in my heart, then . . . . I'm not making a joke, it seems quite a valid premise; otherwise how exactly does one become "clean" after this terrible trespass?

Must have been some kind of

Must have been some kind of mob mentality that developed amongst these cops and medical people. Shocking that none of them stopped for a second and questioned how sick their actions were.

The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. - Heinlein

These officers and doctors

These officers and doctors need should receive the same treatment daily in a prison. What a bunch of sick, twisted degenerates.

And for 14 hours??!! If there ain't no drugs up there, there are ain't no drugs up there! What idiocy.

Sad thing is Deming NM is named

after family who were cousins of my mother.

This was really...

This was really an asinine thing for the cops and hospital to do to this poor man.

Asinine you say?

Anal finger insertions 2x produced nada, no narcotics no brass ring, nothing; enema insertions 3x; sedated 1x; surgical procedure colonoscopy 1x; abdominal x-rays 2x. Damn, you're right, it was asinine.

I got it.

Possible police motive

The victim's attorney says:

"Maybe the officers who did this don't like him living in their community. He's a white boy, a scraggly white boy, and all these officers are Hispanic. It's a New Mexico thing."

Sent to collections for not paying...

his rape/kidnapping bill?!... Is Obama-care 2.0 here already?

Talk about being in deep Shitt

This really stinks!

On a serious note, shouldn't they be bring these people up on rape charges?

You know, I am not usually into that sort of thing, but I do have to agree that it would have been priceless haha. Unfortunatly they probably would have charged you with something for it.

Police shot unarmed man, drove an armored truck through his door when he did not exit his property on command
A Virginia man loses his family and then his life thanks to the swift justice of the local police department.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — A paramilitary force was dispatched to a man's townhouse after his girlfriend reported a domestic dispute. When he stubbornly chose to stay inside his home, police shot him and drove an armored truck through his front door.

The situation began on August 29th around 2:40 p.m. when John Geer — a 46-year-old kitchen designer and installer — was told by his girlfriend that she had decided to leave him. The couple had two daughters together, ages 13 and 17. Emotionally distraught over the breakup, Geer exacerbated the situation by throwing her belongings onto the lawn of their townhouse.

This led to her calling the police. She informed the dispatcher that he owned a firearm. A SWAT team was sent to the quiet cul-du-sac.

Geer's home was surrounded by armored vehicles and paramilitary personnel. A police sniper was photographed lying prone in a neighbor's yard aiming toward Geer's residence. Men in helmets and military fatigues cordoned off the neighborhood. Police began making their demands. An armored truck a topside gun turret parked in his yard and prepared for a strike command. As time went on, helicopters whirred overhead and K-9 units were seen by neighbors.

"We're just here to help you — come out with your hands up," recounted neighbor Edith Eshleman, of the police negotiations.

This deserves its own thread

My goodness.

and the victim was billed by the hospital !!!

After reading the article at the link, I was like "I am surprised they didn't try to bill him for the procedures...they probably would have if he didn't file his lawsuit", but then I watched the video and at the end they said the hospital DID bill him and is threatening to send it to collections if he doesn'y pay up!!!

Man given forcible 14-hour anal cavity search, colonoscopy after rolling through a stop sign

Innocent man given forcible 14-hour anal cavity search, X-rays, colonoscopy after rolling through a stop sign
Man is literally raped by the state after police thought he had "clenched butt cheeks"
Posted on November 5, 2013 by PSUSA in Uncategorized

DEMING, NM -- A man has filed a lawsuit stating that a traffic stop led to a series of forced medical procedures when a police officer thought he was clenching his butt cheeks. His lawsuit says that without his consent, he was taken to a medical facility and where he was forcibly X-rayed multiple times, sedated, given several enemas, required to give multiple stool samples, subjected to fingers penetrating his anus during multiple cavity searches, followed by an actual colonoscopy where cameras probed his intestines for drugs. The startling 14-hour ordeal failed to find any contraband inside his body.

The incident happened on January 2, 2013, when David Eckert says he had just wrapped up shopping at a Wal-Mart store in Deming. As he pulled out of the parking lot, his vehicle allegedly did not stop completely at the posted stop sign. Deming police promptly stopped his car and began fishing for charges that they could apply to him.

While stopped, Eckert was required to exit the vehicle by police officers intent on searching his car. Police claimed that his seat smelled like narcotics and that his butt cheeks appeared to be clenched.

Eager to get an arrest, police conspired to search Eckert's anus for contraband. They took him into custody and got a judge to stamp out a search warrant for Eckert's intestines.

** So...when's the 'right time' for the good townsfolk of Gila, NM to go all pitchforkin'??

How about the townsfolk end all this on fair terms: the judge, DA, training supervisors, police chief help covering it up, PBA attorneys/union rep, lab technicians, doctors, hospital administrators, must be ALL sentenced to have the same 14+ hours of anal probing, and publicly film it, then each wear a t-shirt that says "Dear other Cities in America: Don't anal probe your taxpayer citizen bosses/employers."

Then, indemnify the town and the insurance underwriters for the PD and instead, make each responsible party pay for it all (from 'medical procedures' to hospital fees, court costs, and their privatized jail cells, etc), INDIVIDUALLY.

Along with: ban them all from their respective professions, and jail them each for minimum of 8yrs (that's the average time CONVICTED murderers in America actually serve regardless of their actual terms. But, seeing as how non-violent 'drug offenders' get more on average (which was the charge they were after while zealously anal probing this poor innocent man), so it's actually 'fair,' by their currently established practice/'standards': proportionate punishment, and the taxpayers who had nothing to do with the insanity, would be free of those delusional monsters' crimes and liabilities, that they've solely incurred, and are responsible for.
