1/30 is the CNN debate in CA. We have submitted and

voted up 5 grassroots questions that we want as the top 5 most popular questions.

We have #1 and #2 in place but need help with pushing the 3 remaining questions. Tonight is the big push to make this happen so please help out.

Details are here
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/29918

It only takes 2 minutes to vote for these. You dont even need to register on the site.
We've put in over 100 hours of work to make this happen. Please Please help push the remaining questions to the top. Only the grassroots can make this happen.

This is a call for help. A call for action.

Many Thanks
For Ron Paul!

I just don't get tired of

I just don't get tired of that man.

Onward!

are you in tune with the world around you

Heartfelt and sincere

I love Ron Paul! Why would anyone consider another candidate.

What a great website! It has lots of links. Very organized. Just what we need!

Any word on the NH recount?

What a great man

"We must continue to make the best of this." Great advice. He's still focused and doing great things despite the media brushoff he is receiving. He's a fighter.

Register as Republican and Vote for Ron Paul

Ron should use his grandkids

and at the end of the video, explain that they are the reason he wants to bring peace, prosperity and liberty back to this nation. This would hit all the grandparents below the belt and get us some baby boomer votes. I kept waiting for that punch line in this video but it never came. It's not too late to go back and edit it. South Florida is full of retired grandparents. Go Ron!

I AGREE! TONS OF RETIRED GRANDPARENTS IN THE TAMPA BAY

AREA, CLEARWATER AND NORTH. He has a new more professional Media guy now, I'm sure that will make a HUGE difference!

"If virtue and knowledge are diffused among the People, they will never be enslaved. This will be their great security."
-Samuel Adams-

THE MOST ELECTABLE REPUBLICAN!

With his ?# of grandkids 5 children and wife of 51 years! What a FAMILY! Does that not speak of FAMILY VALUES?
It REALLY INFURIATES ME when they INSULT Ron Paul at these debates and ask ONLY him of his electability!
That question MUST BE ASKED of ALL the STOOGES on stage with Dr. Ron Paul! HIS RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!

"If virtue and knowledge are diffused among the People, they will never be enslaved. This will be their great security."
-Samuel Adams-

Best story about the LA GOP caucus

http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Louisiana_Republican_Caucu...

-provisional ballots not counted
-long time Republicans ballots thrown away because ballots incomplete (included newly registered delegate not matching old Rep voter list, so had only 14 not 15 delegates selected
-time extension for other pres. candidates to fill delegates

Long Haul!

As a Chair of a County Republican Party, I'm in it for the long haul financially. Like an attorney once told me "freedom isn't free". Dr. Paul and his revolution are worth the investment for my children. He is the only candidate that is offering hope for the future of these United States of America.

security

I am getting a little concerned about the lack of security for Dr. Paul. You guys in the campaign should do something about it.

By the way...

By the way, this news is the best reason to donate to Ron Paul now. I stopped donating after Nov 5 because I call it like I see it. Great candidate, great message, great grassroots...but crappily run campaign. For Ron to finally recognize it and do something about it is very encouraging.

I'm donating again today. I hope those who felt as I have about Ron Paul's campaign in the past will join me.

RP in Fort Lauderdale

I had the privelege of meeting Dr Paul last week in Ft Lauderale airport. I was the guy who said we are going all the way. The good doctor was in good spirits. Carol is great. But no security with him : -(

FINALLY!

Sheez...well its not replacing Kent Snyder or Lew Moore....but adding a political director that actually ran a REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL campaign is about freakin time!

Take THAT all the people that yelled "trolls!"...vindication.

As I said all along...once NH was lost...and Ron placed even behind Giuliani...it was time to change direction and replace the top two guys and move on. I only hope now it's not too late.

Althought Ron acted slower than I thought he should have, he acted. As I said...a campaign is like a corporation. If something doesn't work. You fix it. Either fire the problem or add help to fix the problem. There should be a lot more independents on board with Ron's message.

I only think its not too late IF Giuliani and Huck would drop out after Florida. If they do..there is only one conservative choice left for Republicans...Ron Paul.

Thanks David

I was one of the unfortunate souls to be called a troll on this blog because I raised this concern long ago. It's great to see that RP is responding to his environment. Let's hope it's not too late!

Sounds good except...

Neither man is new to the campaign.

Anyone who has watched the training videos knows they have seen John Tate before and he has been working with/on the campaign for quite some time.

And the same is true of Mark Elam -- mark runs "Campaign Resources, Inc> " and "M&M Graphics and Advertising" which are the companies that have been printing the slim-jims and signs since day one; doubtless since the campaign has been using his services for that, they were using him for other media as well (think TV & Radio ads).

So really nothing dramatically new here other than a title or two. This is a "stay the course" pill with a candy-coating that tastes sweet for those who are only superficially aware of the campaign staff & structure.

Thank you to Ron Paul

This is the most motivational thing we have seen in a long time. The message is the most important thing, but our leader is what keeps us together.

Ron Paul, the person, is essential to maintain our focus and direction. I pray a VP is found who will be able to unite and lead in the same way, if needed. These direct talks to the supporters are the best way to build and sustain the campaign. Thank you!

It's about time!

I have been lurking on this site for a few months now. That video finally made me sign up to post. RP should put these out twice a month (at least). I think it would do a lot for morale and keep the momentum going.

Awesome!

Nothing like a fireside chat to galvanize his base!!

State of the campaign fireside chat!

This really is a great idea! We really need to feel like we're part of something and recgnized not just floating in the ether here in cyberspace. I would also limit to shots of the "audience" I found that somewhat distracting/disruptive although I understand it is nicer to give a speech to some "real live" people.

I also think these State of the Campaign fireside messages should be more frequent. They help us feel connected.

New Hour fundraising record to beat!

I haven't seen anything official, but looks like we have something to shoot for! I am in, but I won't sign-up.

In regard to the kids, I am

In regard to the kids, I am pretty positive a few of them are Dr. Paul's grandkids.

Do not give into evil, but proceed ever more boldly against it.

I agree. Ditch the kids...keep the girls! Haha

Excellent Work!!

Not only should they do more of these, maybe a bi-weekly update cycle, they should produce them on topics. Break out the graphs like Ross Perot and zero in on selected topics.

This is the best way to get the message out! No one tells it as well as Dr. Paul.

I'd love to be able to pass out DVD's with several of these clips on policy issues. Be aggressive and firm in the positions. Be clear and concise. Bring it home to the people who support other candidates. It's time to start naming names and positions and exposing the others for the shrills they are.

Issues, Topics

http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/

There are short videos there with Ron Paul on each issue. would be great to turn into a interactive dvd or reg dvd with menus so you could just watch the topics your interested in. also links to Paul's writings for going deeper into issues. GREAT RESOURCE for those ?'s your having trouble with.

Yeah...

Maybe five 10 minute "fireside chats" focused around slim-jim topics.

=)
