Va 2013 legitimacy, fraud, do-over

re: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/on-faith/wp/2013/11/12/k...
===============================
Dear Honorable Ken Cuccinelli, A.G. & Rightful Governor Elect:

Please consider that there is enough witness to evidence that voting machines have been hacked to make the Board of Elections retabulation of the voting machine totals not worth taking.
More importantly there is conclusive evidence of McAuliffe, Northam and accomplices 18USC1343 felony for the purpose of acquiring votes by artifice via TV & internet. For this last cause the Va. General Assembly has sufficient reason the throw-out the 2013 election results at least for Governor and Lt. Gov. and require a do-over with new Democratic candidates not having a disability to serve.

The use of 13USC1343 felony by candidates also entails Va18.2-111/481(5) felony under the scope of Va1-248.

There are hundreds of potential indictments so the potential obstructions of justice against the laws of man are not sufficient to save McAuliffe from presuming felony to be his right.
God will ultimately have the last word on McAuliffe and Northam's presumptuous conceits.

Sincerely, Russell P. Davis

"Journal of Constitutional Reset from Virginia"

"Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when

There Was Indeed Voter Fraud in The Virginia Governor's Race

Question: When will this all end?

1) Will Ken, "La Cuccaracha" Cuccinelli do something about?

2) Isn't he currently the AG for the state of Virginia?

3) The so called Libertarian candidate running for governor was a plant to make it easier to shave or syphon off votes away from 'La Cuccaracha' Cuccinelli)

4)How much more voter fraud are Americans going to take?

The American people seem so unconcerned about the process. All they care about is grumbling about what the politicians do to them but they so afraid to confront the issues head on..(I'm talking about the majority of so called Americans, not politically active Americans who attempt to do something meaningful to change things for the better.)

* Enough is enough!

Wake up America! Stop complaining and get off your collective ass#es and do a little something for liberty. Do what you do best, even if its just planting seeds into the minds of men and women.. if everyone did something small to affect changes for the better we could get America back in no time at all..

BOOM!!

It was clear

they were withholding the votes in the blue counties in order to determine how many votes they needed for McAuliffe to win. Seems obvious to me.

I Believe "The Puma" Is Right!

The last 2 or 3 blue counties put Terry "Obama" McAuliffe over the top.

You gotta love it!

Democrats engage in all

Democrats engage in all manner of voter fraud way more than republicans. It's the only way they can win. They use mentally deficient immigrants and low information voters as their play ground, appealing to the lowest common denominator of society. This is common knowledge and should be disclosed in their platform.

Oh gee

I am sooo (not) shocked.
We are talking about elections and voting, fraud is just part of the process.
How else to install puppets and still bamboozle the masses into thinking they control "the government"?
LOL!!!

I hope Cuchinelli is still

I hope Cuchinelli is still able to get the governorship and that Sarvis gets the 10% of the vote. That would mean that even if no Libertarian Party candidate won any more posts, Republicans would be forced to guard the libertarian flank by being more socially tolerant.

Jay ROckerfeller's private state

The Rockerfeller coppo family of the ROthschild mafia seeing their crimes exposed. Hip Hip Huraaa!

sovereign

I am all for post election lawsuits

American conduct of elections stinks to high heaven.

Black Panthers

Intimidating little old ladies? Yeah, right. What part of Virginia are they talking about. I doubt there are 4 "Black Panthers" in the entire state. They also don't know our little old ladies are not so easily intimidated.

I *did* however get a call during the election from a friend who was hassled and nearly prevented from voting by redneck Cuchinelli supporters who were also violating every rule in the book on campaigning at the polls. He had to threaten them with calling the head of the Va board of elections - he had the number - like he had to in 2012 before they backed off. You wouldn't believe some of the rural counties around here.

The republicans are projecting again.

Thetis

Just to clarify, by "Black Panther"

the article wasn't talking about this: Black Panther in Virginia
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzOyfyUVt5E

but this: Violent arrest for video taping Black Panthers in Norfolk Virginia
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmdZZTn6Miw

I wouldn't know how many Black Panthers are still around or not - in Virginia or elsewhere. Nor did the article say it *was* Black Panthers doing the intimidating at polling places, just that those doing so were wearing traditional Black Panther garb. Anyway, it was apparently not an isolated incident. Given the discrepancy between exit polls and results and reported intimidation in 13 districts and other anomalies (e.g., votes by dead people), I'm glad Cuccinelli plans to challenge the results in court so we can maybe get to the truth.

Thank you

Where did all these demotarian/libercrat trolls come from?

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
James Madison

Trolls

"Where did all these demotarian/libercrat trolls come from?"

It's all a big left wing conspiracy.

Edit: Or perhaps it is fruition of the non-partisan ideals of liberty movement

I said straight away to call for a recount

in that other thread. Pointed out that the guy who did those algorithmic vote swapping speadsheets said you could determine a winner with 10% of the voting in and Cuccinelli was winning at 82%. Anyone who could even think there wasn't election fraud needs to get an education.
I know he won just as I'm sure Ron Paul actually won the Republican nomination - and I think plenty of us here know he, Ron Paul, did.
Cuccinelli will show 'em.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
James Madison

LOL

"Pointed out that the guy who did those algorithmic vote swapping speadsheets said you could determine a winner with 10% of the voting in and Cuccinelli was winning at 82%."

You do understand that republicans win rural/suburbs and democrats win urban areas, right? Do you understand that the first areas to report results were the rural areas of Virginia???

WHAT?

"According to exit polling Cuccinelli won the race by big margins reaching a high percent of the key voting blocks of women, Latinos and Blacks."

What exit poll was that? I am showing 42% for women, 8% of blacks, negligable for hispanics.
http://www.nytimes.com/projects/elections/2013/general/virgi...

The article does not even provide a data reference? Appears that this article was made for low-information GOP voters to assuage them that they were cheated and the republican party is good-to-go

So that small a percentage could determine outcome?

According to the article:
"The Election Day poll was based on questionnaires completed by 2,376 voters as they left 40 randomly chosen precincts..."

2,376 could not possible be a reliable indicator.
Cuccinelli was winning with over 80% of the votes in. That win cannot possible vanish into thin air.
What's really troubling is that you not only ignore the fact that Ron Paul give his endorsement to Cuccinelli, but you seem to prefer democRATS! I have no love for the ReTHUGlicans, but dems are out of my view altogether.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
James Madison

You

"Cuccinelli was winning with over 80% of the votes in. That win cannot possible vanish into thin air."

So are you going to respond to my previous post? Surely you understand that republicans do well in rural areas and democrats do well in the cities. Rural areas are the first to report results because there are so few. A lack of understanding about how election night works does not constitute a conspiracy
