Cops Encounter Open Carriers -video-

This video is an excellent illustration of what were all are up against. I.E. cops, freedom, bad guys, false flags, wars, i.e. The entire 2A thing in a nutshell.

Who's right? Who's wrong?

A lot of that question comes out of one's perception. Please watch and think of this as another 'learning tool' of how to deal with this stuff and then put in your two cents. 17 min.

Thanks!

"...one cop has their gun drawn the other threatens to shoot him in the head... ...The citizens are detained at gunpoint and threatened with death for exercising their rights. Every citizen are considered a threat... ...cops against the pubic..."

nailed it

I thought the cops did well.

They could have toned down the "shoot you in the head" rhetoric, but they did need to warn the person that a sudden movement would end badly.

In general, those were some very professional police officers.

That is the problem

I do not want to or mean to be confrontational. I have told this to many people that people who want to serve as cops need to have a certain degree of testicular fortitude. The recent incident where the kid was carrying the toy gun and was shot to death by a police officer highlights this issue. The officer should not be so scared that they have to shoot first and ask questions later. The officer that watched over the high school I went to had an incident where a student was walking down the hall with what appeared to be a gun. He was behind him and pulled his less-lethal taser and issued a command to drop what was in his hand. The standard convention for the cowardly scum that masquerade as public servants today would have been to "shoot him in the head".

That Cop...

...did very well!
He treated these fellas respectfully.
He warned them against any sudden movements, which in light of the recent 13yo's shooting in California was appropriate, and preventative.
I agree (somewhat) with the "shoot-you-in-the-head-language", but can also understand his conveying the seriousness of the situation.
And although I will soon see hunters-in-camo walking along the country roads soon, for these fellas to be walking into a downtown area with a long gun over one's shoulder illustrates an entirely different scenario.
Notice the flagpole in front of the building across the street; was that a school?...a city hall???
How many paces separated these two individuals, who although "together" were walking at a measured distance?

How Many Times did the Cop Use the Phrase....

"Active Shooter" ?

New Title for Video: Police Threaten to Murder Law-Abiding Citizen, Multiple Times

How many times did the cop say:

"I will shoot you in the head."
"I will shoot you right in the head."
"If you move, my partner will shoot you in the head."
"If you walked into a gas station ... I would shoot you."

THIS is how all those FALSE FLAGS get brought home to remove freedoms, or in this case, give a trigger-happy cop all the logic he needs to execute a law-abiding citizen.

Yeah this thread should have a different title

"I will shoot you in the head."
"I will shoot you right in the head."
"If you move, my partner will shoot you in the head."
"If you walked into a gas station ... I would shoot you."

Ah so...

You LOVE our second amendment rights but believe we are stupid for exercising them, because... we might lose them as a result of over reacting people like yourself and the dispatchers who don't question the person any further than the word 'gun'? gotcha... /Looks away and shakes head

would you attend a black tie affair ...

in your underware?

Would you perform surgery without washing your hands?

Would hickok45 carry a long rifle walking down the street in an urban area?

Idiotic. Completely idiotic.

Do you even own a gun?

You sound like a complete cop lover here

Berretta px4 compact 9mm.

And a 12 gauge shot gun.

What about you?

I bought myself a lathe the other day and I think I am going to try to make me an AR-15 carbine 223 from scratch ... unregistered.

We'll see how it goes.

A better question would've been do you carry?

Me? Sure. Local LEO's even tried to steal my guns but I stopped 'em. I personally like living in a society where people pack openly, the more the merrier, the safer I feel. When it's evil to even SEE a gun, you're done! Put a fork in ya!

What does px4 compact mean to you?

There is only one reason to buy a compact.

you are so full of crap Ira but I still like you.

God Bless.

Full of crap about what?

Where I come from you're saying I'm a liar!

My wife has a compact!

Liar?

I wasn't calling you a liar. But, we are all liars. And if you deny that, then you can add one more lie to your portfolio.

I was talking about how you blow things way out of perspective.

"When it's evil to even SEE a gun"

"Where I come from you're saying I'm a liar!"

Those are completely idiotic statements and do not remotely describe what I wrote or even what I meant.

Given that ... a man might think that you are either being intentionally dishonest or you might be a little light on top. But I am not going to go there.

God Bless.

You should stfu while you think you are still ahead

you inserted yourself in this conversation.

Not the other way around.

Now piss off.

which urban area?

because, depending on that... he might... he just might. i would in some areas that i never go to. but if i did have to go there, i would carry something visible and intimidating as all hell. nothing says "keep away" like a head on a pike though...

as to the surgery, would you let someone die if you couldn't wash your hands but could perform the surgery right then and there? ...

the black tie affair in my underwear? only on a triple dog dare. ;) LOL.

seriously though,
as to what another has said, what is a second amendment right if you are stupid for exercising it? we can argue "time and place", in a public setting, but then if there are times we "aren't allowed"... then we really don't have any "Rights" protected by the constitution.

They could have been walking to the gun range or a gun repair shop, etc... they have every right to travel unmolested when they have not violated the rights of another person. by arresting their movement, they have molested their right travel, robbed them of time and dignity as a free person.

If someone felt that threatened by them, they could have followed behind, at good distance, with a weapon and\or cell phone.

A normal person would understand ...

that in that environment, given the current political environment, a firearm should be of the appropriate size as to be concealed so as not to raise any eyebrows.

If you are that concerned that you wish to mark your territory by mounting a head on a stake ... then consider a detour.

Yes, they are within their rights. But, it was completely inappropriate.

There is no right to travel in a public right of way unmolested. If you are driving, you better have a lisense plate on your vehicle. You can't travel completely naked in most jurisdictions.

Use some common sense.

God Bless.

the kkk agrees with you

that in that environment, given the current political environment, a mixed race couple must be concealed so as not to raise any eyebrows.

If you are that concerned that you wish to mark your territory by mounting a head on a stake ... then consider a detour.

Yes, they are within their rights. But, it was completely inappropriate.

What the fcuk are you talking about.

Who said anything about a mixed race couple?

You have just proven to be a complete idiot.

Now go away if you do not want to be browbeaten.

Disgusting

ick.

Everything the Officer says is Irrelevant.

Open carry people are performing a public service by exercising their 2nd amendment rights. Paranoid schizophrenic mental issues created by social engineering, to an aversion of the public carrying guns, is being treated with this type of exercise. It also acts as a deterrent to rogue police officers and government officials, letting them know they don't possess all the power.

I would sue for illegal detention and police harassment. The officers need to be re-trained on the proper way to handle the situation.

Who's wrong?

I agree......

Just to clairify, I am saying that a major problem that we are dealing with here is 'subjective reasoning.'

This isn't a subjective situation, it is objective and most people don't know the difference and thus, they are having a hard time wraping their head around this.

Rationalization!

These costumed ones have to rationalize in order to live with their own behavior.

Moronic...

I couldn't watch the whole thing. I think I actually got dumber listening to this.

The cop implies that by exercising your second amendment rights you might scare people into taking legal action, taking away your second amendment rights.

What's the point of having them if you can't exercise them?

I wouldn't have been so polite...

In California

it was law enforcement not the people who presured legislators to take action to outlaw open carry.

this guy could have been cop murdered before he even had a chance to turn around to see who was talking to him..

egregious behaviour?? the cop is preaching the culture of fear

My two cents......

The cops talking in this video have not grasped the depth or amount of false flags taking place in this country. Thus when they hear of all the crazy things (i.e false flags) taking place, they actually believe they are dealing with a psycho and not somebody that's been programed or an orchastrated event.

Thus they believe they are actually fighting for good by weeding out the bad.

In the video, one officer states "The road to hell is paved with good intentions......"
