Quantum physics proves that there IS an afterlife, claims scientist

Robert Lanza claims the theory of biocentrism says death is an illusion

He said life creates the universe, and not the other way round

This means space and time don't exist in the linear fashion we think it does

He uses the famous double-split experiment to illustrate his point

And if space and time aren't linear, then death can't exist in 'any real sense' either

Most scientists would probably say that the concept of an afterlife is either nonsense, or at the very least unprovable.

Yet one expert claims he has evidence to confirm an existence beyond the grave - and it lies in quantum physics.

Professor Robert Lanza claims the theory of biocentrism teaches that death as we know it is an illusion created by our consciousness.

+1 for sharing!

Going to look into that Gateway program! Thanks for the heads-up. I have experience with Lucid Dreaming (All I ever want to do is fly!) but have not found an OBE exercise that works just yet. I tried an old method of falling asleep with your hand raised in the air which wakes you when it falls as you fall asleep and repeating that several times to reach an altered state of wakefulness. Not the same as an OBE though. I'll update with how Monroe's programs goes for me!

Thanks again!

I read this article earlier

I read this article earlier today, saying "proves" is a big stretch.

I have been saying the same thing as the scientist for years.

Quantum Physics is "proven" every instant, when electrons "quantum tunnel" through semiconductor barriers.

This, coupled with all the evidence the scientist has provided,is a lot more proof than skeptics or adversaries.

Quantum Physics even proves the existence of "God," since wave motion collapse REQUIRES an observer. Without wave motion collapse, there would be NO "manifest" reality.

Curious about your take on this Bob?

Could early man have been unintentionally more observant than we think when they started searching for answers? Could the "breath" in animism be the missing particle that binds everything together in the string theory?

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

Certainly, ATruepatriot.

Ancient Buddhist and Hindu texts both refer to this. In fact, Buddha went so far as to say the age of our PRESENT universe was a number equivalent to approximately 14 billion years, EXACTLY what modern scientists tell us.

We confuse technology and affluence with connection to higher consciousness, which is ridiculous, if you think about it. Both technology and affluence drive us into the hands of materialism, which is the antithesis of spirituality. "A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" ("Star Wars") and ("This has all happened before and will all happen again ("Battlestar Galactica") is closer to the the truth than those wedded to mainstream and fundamentalist religions would like to think. These dogmatic groups are as far off the mark as the Catholic Church during its persecution of of "heretics". Not one of them wants to ask WHY the Catholic Church destroyed the Great Library at Alexandria, Egypt or continues to suppress ancient texts. On the other hand, conventional anthropologists fear to ask just HOW modern man appeared, since we are a "quantum leap" in physical characteristics from the Neanderthals, yet large numbers of modern man lived side by side with them.

Our Bible does not begin to explain black holes, quasars, etc. Yet, Jewish mysticism, the Kaballah, clearly tracks with Quantum Physics, as does the Buddhist Lotus Sutra AND the last verses of Genesis, Chapter 1. Since God created EVERYTHING, if God is perfect, it follows that everything God creates also is. Likewise, since God is conscious, then so should everything he creates. If God is infinite, the Alpha and the Omega, likewise, everything he creates is infinite.
This is also consistent with the First Law of Thermodynamics.

I fear I am starting to ramble, but that often happens when "one jumps down the rabbit hole."

What I find so pathetic is Christian fearing that if they "break the rules, they are going to hell." Well, if you actually read the New Testament, you will find out that Jesus broke a LOT of rules. If those rules were valid, Jesus, as the son of God would set a poor example by breaking them.
