Houston Anthropologist Reveals Irrefutable Proof that Recorded History Is Wrong

Houston anthropologist, Dr. Semir Osmanagich, founder of the Bosnian Archaeology Park, the most active archaeology site in the world, declares that irrefutable scientific evidence exists of ancient civilizations with advanced technology that leaves us no choice but to change our recorded history. An examination of the age of structures across the earth reveals conclusively that they were built by advanced civilizations from over 29,000 years ago.

“Acknowledging that we are witness to fundamental proof of advanced civilizations dating back over 29,000 years and an examination of their societal structures forces the World to reconsider its understanding of the development of civilization and history,” explains Dr. Semir Osmanagich. “Conclusive data at the Bosnian Pyramid site revealed in 2008 and confirmed this year by several independent labs who conducted radio carbon testing dates the site at 29,400 +/-400 years minimum.”’

Google earth

You can find the location of that photo in the OP at 43.9783 N, 18.1778 E on google earth. When it comes up you may think it's the wrong location, because from most angles it looks nothing like a pyramid. You can see why if you look at the topo map:
http://goo.gl/maps/TAavD

If you match the angle to the photo in the OP just right you can see how it looks pyramid-ish:

But swing around a bit and you'd never know:

Very interesting.

Thanks for posting.

History is never perfect

Belief in God through faith, not logic is alive and well. Always will be. But as my Vatican has acknowledged, God could sure have made lots of beings elsewhere in vast universes that practice love and have faith in God. 10,000 years is a small pinpoint in our earths 'history.' Postulating developed civilizations existed prior to what we Faithful believe is the injection of God's hand some 10,000 years ago, to start this current cycle, in no way contradicts our own origins. Respect for liberty and fair treatment of fellow men has unfortunately diminished. What God started in the beauty of that moment/regeneration exist when practiced and degenerate when not. Good and evil. So if you speculate that 200,000 years can be the 'original' starting point, hey that's only 8 Precessions of the Earth's Rotation Axis. Many Faiths believe history repeats every 25,000 years in line with these Precessions of the Equinoxes. Who knows? With these things considered it seems, more likely than not, many advanced societies can have come and gone, and what remains is not just natural, but remnants of prior greatness.

More proof that this whole "Bible" thing is just B.S.

The Bible was a publication that came from The Roman Empire to brainwash occupied territories, and herd its population around State Religion.

Your comment

doesn't make any sense to me. First off, the OT was written before the Roman Empire. Secondly, the New Testament was written when the Roman Empire persecuted the Early Christians.

the only proof you have is 190 proof

and you've had some of it before posting, apparently.

Since when does an internet post, on a libertarian site, about Bosnian pyramid speculation, "prove" the Bible is false?

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

The pantheon was the Roman state religion.

The pantheon was the Roman state religion. And how's a fake pyramid proof of anything except the inane gullibility of certain emptyheaded goofballs around here?

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

Wrong, Christianity was put in place as the "State Religion"

And it was The Roman Empire that then spread Christianity through the whole World (followed later by The British Empire, and the Spanish Empire).

And the point here was that the Earth is not 5,000 years old (as "The Bible" has people belive). There are a whole lot of falsehoods, and fake things in "The Bible".

I Have a Few Questions

First, I was wondering if your contention is that the Roman state started Christianity (as a religious worldview), or simply attempted to co-opt it for their own purposes? Some other option?
Follow ups based on the answer...
If they created Christianity, then what was their purpose in doing so? Additionally, it seems odd to create a religious philosophy for some state purpose, and then spend time and energy trying to suppress it - is our history of early Roman interactions with Christianity inaccurate?
If they co-opted it, then would this be the fault of Christianity as a belief system? Did they change its theology? If so, in what way?

And finally, and these questions are asked in all seriousness, what's wrong with inventing religions or hijacking them for your own purposes? What is wrong with controlling people? Why is it wrong for the state to oppress people and brainwash them? Are these 'wrong' to do? Sez who and based on what authority?

This is just flotsam from an earlier malcontent's post

Christianity as a state-sponsored control device is just flotsam from an earlier malcontent's post. Some Zeitgeist nonsense about ancient Roman conspiracy theories. Diocletian never seems to come up in the discussion. Anyway...

Damn, this thread is a crap magnet of the lowest order, isn't it? But then, that's all a cheap Bosnian fraud is good for. Its certainly not good for drawing in tourists. Once normal people get up close to this "pyramid", they will realize they've been duped by a very bad con artist and not stick around to stay at his hotel or buy his kitsch.

LOL!

Well Put! I just thought it might become an interesting conversation at some point. It was worth a try.

Ironically

Maybe it was the way the net works but I saw this YouTube pop up about how pyramids were built for electricity, and they provided light for the massive underground cave systems.. they showed the hyroglyphics that showed how they made and used electricity.. and that youtube led to another of this brilliant man who did the math showing how all pyramids are connected to form a global grid.. they have been finding pyramids and other monolithic structures that are buried using the math.

Anyone interested and I'll search the links and post them.

"pyramids were built for electricity"

I don't know about that, but there's good evidence that people were using electricity at least on a small scale about 2000 years ago. See: Baghdad battery

Science tells us....

...that anatomically modern humans (homo sapiens sapiens) have been around for at least 200,000 years, and that civilization is about 10,000 years old. That does not make sense. Why would ancient h. sapiens sapiens, with the same brains as we have, be unable to develop civilization in the first 190,000 years of their existence? We know that h. sapiens sapiens went from megaliths to megapixels in the last 10,000 years, yet we're supposed to believe that their physically identical ancestors made no progress at all in 190,000 years?! :-? No, if h. sapiens sapiens is indeed 200,000 years old, then I would think that civilization must be nearly 200,000 years old as well. The lack of evidence thereof is not disproof. There's been plenty of erosion to destroy evidence. What will physically remain of modern civilization once the next ice age has come and gone? In the areas covered by glaciers, approximately nothing.

"Alas! I believe in the virtue of birds. And it only takes a feather for me to die laughing."

To elaborate

We know that there have been numerous independent agricultural revolutions in the past 10,000 years. These have occurred in diverse areas, with nothing in common except (a) the presence of humans, (b) the presence of suitable plant species, and (c) a good water source. What are the odds that these conditions never coincided once anywhere in the preceding 190,000 years?

The spark of creativity was needed. It didn't come around till

The spark of creativity was needed. It didn't come around till 40,000 years ago, and further sparks of genius until much later. What caused these sparks? Is it like Timothy Leary suggested, that inbibing hallucinogenic drugs launches leaps in evolution? Who can say>

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

Since most civilizations develop along the waters edge

Those civilizations were probably flooded out as the water level in the oceans are much higher now than they once were. Most of the archaeological digs are on the land, so we don't find the older evidence from the ancient times. Maybe as technology advances, like ground penetrating radar, they will be able to search the sea floor for more signs of older civilizations.

Indeed

I suspect that the myths of antediluvian golden ages from around the world are based on actual flooding which occurred at the end of the last ice age, which might have destroyed existing civilizations.

"Alas! I believe in the virtue of birds. And it only takes a feather for me to die laughing."

The deluge is by far a more legitimate topic than Bosnian frauds

The deluge is by far a more legitimate topic than Bosnian tourist traps. The world destroying water is the elder myth among cultures in every corner of the globe. It could not have spread as a mere story, but implanted in the historical psyche of most ancient peoples. How this came to be is a legitimate question yet to be answered.

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

If the question is

why would many cultures have great myths about floods consuming the world; the answer, I believe, is explained in the question. All it took were the floods produced by Katrina and the whole world knew about it. Now imagine indigenous peoples with a population of about 1000 or less. A hurricane floods their small area, and as far as they know their entire world was just enveloped by water. Natural disasters are traumatic even with the usually low numbers of casualties and with all of our levees and warning systems(when they work). When a large number of your people is wiped out by a flood, you can bet it is passed on orally for a long time.

More irrefutable proof that hokey fameseekers found paradise

More irrefutable proof that hokey fameseekers found paradise among internet suckers. The Bosnian pyramid is the worst heap of crapola since Atlantis was found in Bolivia.

Semir Osmanagić needs to chat with Jim Allen, whose sole source of income is touring book festivals and selling unconvincing talks on how a crumbling spiral of rocks is the three-ringed city of Atlantis. Nevermind there is not a fragment of pottery. Forget that the "Canals of Atlantis" are angled and higher than any conceivable lake level.

No, believe that Atlantis was in Bolivia, and that fake mountains would be built in Bosnia, a country littered with mountains.

BELIEVE, you faithless f***s!!!!

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

You know what?

You can go FUCK YOURSELF.

I'm sick of people posting shit like this in my threads. There NEEDS to be an option to block people from posting in threads one starts.

Radio carbon testing does not lie, fucker.

F'ing myself does not make me believe in your Bosnian bullcrap

WE HAVE A BELIEVER!!! Gather round, y'all!!

But your our boundless faith and offensive language does not make me believe in your Bosnian bullcrap.

Pyramids and ziggurats are manmade mountains in places without mountains. That's why they were built.

To make a mountain in a place full of mountains is about as retarded as ordering war helmets with the horns on the inside*

* tip of the hat to Blackadder Goes Forth, mentioned in another post.

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

Why is this even posted here?

This isn't an alternative history site. It isn't a "pyramid theory site." This is a site for liberty lovers. I frankly don't care to see it overrun by kiddies who want it to be a "Bosnian pyramid truther site" where they can shout down anyone who doesn't buy their speculations. Thank you fightapathy for your posts.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

Why are you even looking here then?

fightapathy provided no evidence as to why any of this is "bunk."

I'm sure he up-voted himself half a dozen times too.

Motherfucker comes in only for the purpose of baselessly trying to discredit the OP, which is why there needs to be an option for the OP to delete posts in threads and block users from continuing to post.

As the OP, it is SO frustrating that there is not such a thing.

not a bad suggestion really

but as to why I am here, I am here to comment on the post. It would not bother me one bit if someone had the ability to delete the post and did.

How does one "prove" that there aren't secret pyramids in Bosnia...seems like the burden is on the one claiming that they are real.

I suppose the risks of liberty include facing down frauds

You're welcome, I.P.A. I suppose the risks of liberty include facing down frauds and swindlers. Folks are at liberty to post what they wish here, even if its to dupe conscientious people with open minds. Being ripped off is a risk for any lover of liberty. If we bowed to a police state, we'd be safe from petty criminals like Bosnian pyramid pushers, but be tyrannized at a much higher level.
