$10 Million More To Philippines From U.S.A.I.D. Obama Continues To Break The Law...

...and thumb his nose at it by thieving even MORE from the U.S. taxpayer.

It started at $20 Million and has grown ever since.

But the Constitution is the LAW, and it does NOT AUTHORIZE the government to give away money from the U.S. Treasury by simply calling it CHARITY.

It's NOT charity, it's THEFT - taken forcibly from the U.S. taxpayer.

AND...

...it's against the LAW.

And the rotted, thieving organization U.S.A.I.D. should be DISMANTLED and every one of them involved, TRIED FOR TREASON.

Story on the latest give-away here...

I have no issue with helping those in need

But let us do it according to the laws since we are supposed to be a nation of laws.

No problem, but I have yet to

No problem, but I have yet to see any mention of the specific laws that being broken.

You don't know which law is being broken??? How about...

...the LAW of the LAND, the U.S. Constitution?

Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution enumerates the specific powers granted to the government.

Giving away U.S. taxpayer money is NOT one of them.

Go ahead take a look for yourself - Maybe you haven't read it yet.

The founders did not create this government to give away money to foreign nations - they created it to PROTECT OUR LIBERTIES ONLY!!!

THAT is the law which is being broken here.

Now, if when you look at your paycheck, you don't have any problem with what your government deducts, for doing things like giving it away to foreign nations, then you are a socialist by definition, and we'll never agree anyway.

We won't agree about what is and is not the proper role of government in a free society.

Section 8 States: "The

Section 8 States:
"The Congress shall have Power [...] To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations"

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. If your neighbor and friend had his house burn down, you would offer him assistance and shelter if you could, right? Well guess what, nations operate on a much more global scale.

Our friend, the country of the Philippines, had just had just sustained massive infrastructure damage, seeing as they are our friend and trading partner, it is perfectly reasonable that we should not abandon our trading partner in their time of need.

And for the love of fucking satan, you are complaining about $10 million in foreign aid?? A WHOPPING $0.30 CENT Contribution? Are you that fucking stingy that you would refuse to spare less then a third of a dollar for the aid of a storm ravaged economically poor country? Mighty christ like of you right there my friend.

You are really misguided Spedmen...GIVING AWAY MONEY...

...IS NOT REGULATING COMMERCE...It's THEFT from the American taxpayer (disguised as charity).

SURE - plenty of private companies stand to profit big from the foreign aid money we give away - that's exactly why they lobby CONGRESS for our money in the first place.

BUT IT IS NOT THEIRS TO GIVE (Congressman Davy Crocket learned that lesson the hard way).

And besides - if you had read my original post, you'd see that it's not just 10 million - it's 37 million - so far.

If the American government is going to give money away, SHOULDN'T IT GO TO AMERICANS...thousands of who are living under bridges and in cardboard boxes???

People like YOU are the reason this country is 17 Trillion dollars in debt and ther WILL be a reckoning.

By the way - what the H are you doing on THIS site anyway? You should head on over to the Huffington Post where you can advocate giving away as much American taxpayer money as you like.

Theft? Those are some strong

Theft? Those are some strong words, especially considering they are not true.

Our constitution allows for the collection and utilization of tax revenue in accordance to an approved budget. Foreign aid was part of the budget.

Also, there are plenty of politicians in the Government that would LOVE to try to find ways to give money that we have to the needy, the homeless and the poor, but people like YOU call them socialists who want to redistribute wealth to the lazy and the unemployed.

THEFT is exactly the correct word Spedman. You still don't...

...get it.

Just because lawmakers pass laws allowing agencies of the federal government to raid the U.S. Treasury and give it away to foreign nations, doesn't make it constitutional or moral.

If I had the power to legislate and I could convince enough of my collegues, we could pass a law saying we can come and take your property because we feel you have more than you need.

Are you going to stand idly by as we take your possessions until we feel we've taken enough?

Now of course, we will say that we're going to give your things to needy people who have less than you.

I guess you'd be alright with that too because we hadn't broken any laws.
