I need to start a new TV show

I've been up to date on all of the major shows like Breaking Bad, Dexter, Mad Men, Downton Abbey etc.

Is there anything you can recommend that is a bit off the beaten track that is worth checking out?

Any conspiracy stuff is welcome too.

No reality garbage please unless its rad.

You want to get into the mother of all conspiracy theories?

Get Jarrah White as a guest on your show. He has 100s of youtube videos that would supply at least a season's-worth of programs debunking everything concerning the Apollo moon landings.

.

these integrate modern day societal issues:

continuum: kinda like a modern day quantum leap & touches on biometric chipping, human software upgrades & surveillance issues.

battletar galactica: they tackle the issue of martial law throughout the series.

battletar galactica -

battletar galactica - everybody says it was good but I had trouble getting past the first season. Just wasnt much happening kinda a sleeper show.

Try

The Wire, Weeds, an excellent English trilogy called Red Riding, hilarious English comedy show Mother Brown's Boys, Canadian comedy show, the Trailer Park Boys.

When a true genius appears in the world, you may know him by this sign: that the dunces are all in confederacy against him. ~J. Swift

the wire was excellent, weeds

the wire was excellent, weeds statred off good but I had to stop in the 4th season as the plotline got out of wack. the english stuff sounds good I wish I had the BBC channel.

Red

Riding is on Netflix, and you can watch all episodes of Mother Brown's Boys free on Youtube.

Person of Interest

Person of Interest is my favorite show at the moment. It's in its third season, but you'll have to start at the beginning. Don't start watching the current stuff until you're caught up.

No King but Jesus, no President but Ron Paul

thx i'll check it out its gor

thx i'll check it out its gor to be good if its from one of the Nolan bros.

I don't watch any traditional tv dramas

But there are a few good long-running shows on Discovery/Scyfy etc.

Paranormal Witness, Unearthed America, A Haunting, Mayday and Ancient Aliens are a few I enjoy.

Interesting documentaries would be anything on Oak Island, Plum Island, the HAARP project, the Crystal Skulls, Puma Punku, there is an audio transcript of the Sumerian tablets on the Annunaki floating around on youtube - I'd highly recommend it! Not sure what the translation is, but it's probably Sitchin.

For speakers I'd recommend David Icke - he's odd but interesting. Project Camelot and Godlike Productions are great starting places to check out different theories, conspiracy and otherwise.

Veterans' Today and Debkafile are intel dumps. If you can wade through the crap and read between the lines they can be very insightful.

I only have basic cable so I

I only have basic cable so I dont get all of the cable channels like History channel etc.

I've done most of Project Camelot and Ive even gone to their Awake and Aware Conferences. David Icke I've seen so many times hes like a broken record at this point. I prefer Lunatic Outpost over Godlike Productions.

I will check out some of the other stuff you posted if its available through torrents.

Thanks JB, its good to see that you are on top of things.
