I like the video but I think

I like the video but I think he is a bit dismissive of the offensiveness of a "sobriety" check point. They are not any less offensive to me and are seemingly not limited to the 100 mile radius.
That's all I have to say about that.

"Presumed Guilt"

Mr. Bressi is 100% correct. By cooperating with checkpoints, Americans are complicit in destroying the precept of presumed innocence. I hope the TeaPartiers (in my area) are paying attention. Being tough on crime is not license for violation of our liberty.
