University Forbids Poster That Takes A Stand Against Communism

poster
A poster meant to illustrate the number of individuals who have been murdered by collectivist governments was deemed too harsh by officials at Duquesne University, which disallowed the image from hanging on campus.

The poster, which featured a picture of human skulls and bones, the number of people murdered by leaders of various “progressive social movements” – nearly 100 million people – and the phrase “Leftist Ideas: Progressing Toward Tyranny,” was apparently “too off-putting,” sophomore Bridget Seelinger, 20, said she was told.

On Monday, Nov. 18, she met with a campus administrator who told her the skulls poster was too upsetting to allow to hang in the school’s largest dorm, she said in an interview with The College Fix.

“I am upset about the censorship,” said Seelinger, a nursing major at the private, Catholic institution in Pittsburg. “I understand if it was racist or included death threats, but something like that is virtually harmless. I don’t understand why anyone had a problem with it, and why skulls are so scary.”

Old enough to

fight in a war, not old enough to talk about it? If it's a public university, they might could be forced to support hanging the poster as free speech.

Yet our daughter's

university is promoting the new Hunger Games movie...kids killing kids without a modicum of remorse...such uplifting and healthy themes to promote.

Truth is treason...

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.

The Hunger Games...

Its about revolution, it's about us. We are the Districts giving our entire lives as slaves, and giving up our children for blood sacrifice, to the Capitol, and it is about time we stand up. The Hunger Games, as a series, is subversive, and could wake some people up.

I concur.

Everyone should see the Hunger Games and give some thought to it's relationship with modern day America.

Those familiar with The Hunger Games know that the story is about a welfare police state which requires each district to sacrifice a citizen for the government to use in the annual event.

Every time I see another unarmed woman assaulted or murdered by the recipient of a restraint order, I view her as a sacrifice to the collective. Sacrificed because her right to self defense was stripped away for "the good of the collective"... they are collateral.
When you stop to think about it, there are many other ways in which Americans obediently sacrifice their lives for the collective every day.

Where do you get those POSTERS?

That's what I want to know!

Everyone should buy 10 or 100 and put them up ALL OVER THE PLACE!

Add the National Socialists (German) and change the picture

and the school will likely approve.

Or the Americans.

Murder is harsh

Murdering 100 million is harsher.

Pointing it out, not as harsh.
