Libertarianism, government persecution and 2nd amendment rights are all discussed, along with Kokesh's marijuana rally frame-up and his current legal troubles in this Buzzsaw interview hosted by Sean Stone and Tyrel Ventura.

GUEST BIO:
Following his release from jail, Libertarian activist, Iraq War veteran, radio host and one-time Congressional candidate Adam Kokesh and his team are refocused on continuing to reach his supporters to influence improved civil liberties and expanded freedoms for all Americans. Thank you Adam for your character,

do what you do!!

kind people rock

kokesh made to much sense for Stone

But at least Stone was not an A hole and let him speak. He also seemed receptive. Respect to all of them.

This was a really good

interview.

A misunderstanding by all three of these guys

Slavery-the ownership of people- was never abolished in the US.

Involuntary servitude for those never convicted of a crime was abolished. Slaves owned by slave owners were 'emancipated' by presidential proclamation which has no lawful power recognized other than by force. The slaves were emancipated so that they could be converted into corporate persons of which these corporate persons would be then be owned by the government and transferred to banks.

Basically one group of criminals stole slaves from another group of criminals. This is a major point to understand in our history that none of these guys seem to really understand.

He needs financial support

Hey DP's!

Adam puts himself on the line for liberty and the message in a MASSIVE way. I just dropped $10 at https://adamvstheman.com/invest/
I hope you can spare a few bucks for him and reward him financially for his energy and passion about the libertarian message!

Big love to you all!

Thanks Adam. Good 2 c u

Thanks Adam. Good 2 c u again.

Beware the cult of "government"...

Glad you're back Adam.

Keep evolving, keep the conversation going. You are exploring the subtle and most important mechanism of change. Your journey is clearing a path for individuals in the present and future. I hope you have found a deep confidence in your journey. It has already sent huge ripples across humanity. Illuminating the dark for individuals is a "sacred" vocation. I don't mean this in a specific religious context. I just sense a massive importance to holding space for the concept that individuals, humans, can rule themselves. That individuals can be truly free.

Was a very interesting

Was a very interesting interview however, I was sincerely hoping he would address his reasons for taking a plea deal over a trial on his DC weapons charge. It seemed to be the entire point of the protest. Thee is something big Adam is either not ready to talk about or not going to talk about. I think he needs to address this sooner than later for the benefit of his own credibility going forward.

Sentencing is a month and a half away,

and you want him to give the judge his play book?

Not sure of your motives, here...

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

I am not sure what you are

I am not sure what you are asking me here? He has pleaded guilty to negotiated charges rather than challenging the validity of his protest in a jury trial. I see no opportunity to have a "play book" now. Sentencing is a formality now. He just better hope the Judge sticks to the DA's deal. My question is why did he not fight in front of a jury? This is a significant question. I thought this was going to a referendum on the 2nd amendment. The idea of; do we have a right that "shall not be infringed" under this government or not.

Why did he not fight this out in the end is my question. The obvious insinuation is they had something else on him he thought he couldn't win and gave up on the 2A fight because of it. I would like to hear from Adam on this. What do you think? Why did he not go to trial?

Well, I agree that a jury would have been preferable

And it somewhat negates those bus/subway ads in DC for jury nullification (one Empirical response was "they're tampering with Kokesh's jury pool!").

I think you are correct that they have some dirt on him. Perhaps I overreacted (as can be seen in the DP comment version control database (if there is one); I initially said "prosecutor" but his job is over, it's the judge's job now to hand down the sentence).

Judges are judged, as well. By deity whether one believes in that or not; and by the humans paying attention to the injustices the judge is perpetrating. I remember that judge who sent kids to prison, which I read about long before seeing "Capitalism - A Love Story", in which I learned that the judge had been sent to prison (he had an investment in the prison, so was profiting from destroying families).

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Put a pair of glasses on him

and he would look like a college professor.

He looked like has been

He looked like has been drugged... that was my very first thought when I looked at him. He looks pale and his eyes a bit vacant..

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Solitary confinement and no sun maybe .

But, calm, clear and sharp as a tack.
