Congrats, Allison !

I'll be tuning in when I can find the time! Looks like a great line up of shows. Thanks for all your efforts. For your music intervals, it would be awesome if you could playlist from the DP Nightly Jam Session that jrd3820 created:

If Wars Can Be Started by Lies, They Can Be Stopped By Truth.

Programming suggestion..

Gun Owners of America has 2 radio shows: "Lock and Load" with Bill Frady and the "Gun Owners News Hour" hosted by Larry Pratt.

They are on the List

Both are on the list to reach out to some time in the future.

nice...bookmarked and...

...will be listening often (probably daily/nightly).

We made it!

Thank you to everyone who helped get us to 101 likes on Facebook in the first day with 8 minutes to spare.

Woo woo.

Bravo to all who worked on this

The website is easy to navigate and accessible. Job well done, and I will definitely tune in when I can.

Here's the key: May I freely

Here's the key: May I freely record and rebroadcast your hosted streams locally on my low-power AM (LPAM) station since you're basically streaming previously recorded broadcasts, correct?

The InterNet is the past. Radio is the past and future.

Some shows are live some are Live to "tape"

Some of the shows on the network are LIVE, some are LIVE to "tape" some are encore broadcasts and some are merely syndicated content.

As for broadcasting on low power, I would definitely speak to an attorney as the licensing from the performance Rights Organizations varies between terrestrial/stream, and from my understanding you would need to have the appropriate blanket licenses.

But if you figure out that aspect, and as long as you leave the Station IDs and commercials, would be happy to talk to you about getting direct access.

Allison,Unfortunately, I'm

Unfortunately, I'm extremely busy as it is. Personally, I think ANYONE involved in streaming content should investigate such matters as a matter of course. Don't we want uninitiated people to hear such content? The truly brainwashed still listen primarily to broadcast radio and television. I already rebroadcast GCN's Alex Jones Show and I leave the stream intact, i.e. station IDs and commercials. Currently, I'm performing a valuable service for GCN and Alex for no monetary return, but this situation won't persist forever. Maybe, you could identify on your website those streams which are unencumbered for redistribution on broadcast networks.

Happy to

Happy to help get the leg work done, i.e. clearance for specific shows, creative commons-commercial music only, etc. Certainly sounds like an awesome opportunity. If you have some time during the day this week, please feel free to contact me on the toll-free number located on the Contact Daily Paul Radio

I don't know the legal aspects,

but I agree with tpreitzel. Radio IS the past and future, there is still a number of people who will not search for such material online.

We need to broaden the base any way that we can.

This is bad to the bone. An incentive to buy Bluetooth headphones, indeed.

(For those of you who don't already have a Jambox Bluetooth speaker, I highly recommend using it to listen to DPR)

Can we get 100 LIKES by the End of the Day?

WOW, thank you everyone for the kind comments, emails, and telephone calls. Your support has been simply amazing and is wholly appreciated.

As such, several folks inquired as to Daily Paul Radio's social media profiles, so if you would like to help spread the word you can find us here:

Yep, FireFox is the browser, and it seems the last few versions of the Flash plugin have been problematic. The player also relies on javascript being enabled in order to function.

Depending upon your version of FireFox (Help menu, --->About FireFox)you may need to look at making sure you have the most current version of the Flash and JavaScript plugins.

However, if you do not fell like messing with plugin settings, you can always access the stream directly via iTunes or WinAmp via the following link.

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

Still no joy for me on windows phone... :(

But I just want you to know that when I turn this thing on, I will likely never turn it off.

Oh yeah, You can add Lew Rockwell and of course Ron Paul podcats to my list of recommendations!

Hi Deacon

Yes The Scott Horton Show is on at present. We have embedded the most universally acceptable stream format for cross device compatibility, so sorry to read you are having difficulty accessing the stream.

Could you advise as to what OS, Browser you are using to access the stream, because looks like we have some more work to do. :)

This is exciting!

Congratulations...!! And thank you :)

You are Welcome

You are most certainly welcome, and thank you for tuning in to the stream.

Have you also thought of filling space with

Have you also thought of filling space with Stefan molyneux, mises.org, lions of liberty podcasts etc...

Not to say that your lineup isn't already awesome, but there is alot to choose from.

These are all excellent suggestions, and I will definitely be reaching out to several more hosts in the coming, weeks. SO stay tuned and thank you for your support.

This is awesome!

Thanks DP! Truly awesome to compile these shows on one "station."

I heart technology.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

You know

You know part of the motivation behind this effort does indeed stem from the technology finally being ready to compete with terrestrial broadcasts.

It is most certainly an exciting time to be able to utilize the Gutenberg Press of our lifetimes, and all without seeking permission from the FCC. :)
