The issue to most voters is not about the war it is the economy. Sure we understand how they co-exist however, most Americans don't understand.
You can't say well the war is the reason why the economy stinks.
Be persuasive. Get people to think. I believe in the American people. Think about this, what is more helpful? Well it is because of the war the economy is tanking and we're spending trillions on a war no one wants. Or?
My fellow Americans. I believe each of us has an ability to stop the economic downturn. We, working together, can strengthen our dollar, cut taxes improve health care and provide security. Through our joint efforts as Americans, we can recover. All I ask is for a fair shake. Just look at my voting record available at: (weblink) and you'll see you and I love our country.

Don't want to make phone calls? Google ten Maine businesses and send them specific emails. For example, if you sell shoes, find 10 shoe stores that you can relate with and send a personalized message via email. If you're a real estate broker... you get the picture. Lots of people have their email addresses available online. Include some YouTube clips from local Maine media from yesterday's event with Dr. Paul, here are some:

Remember Maine is small and just a few people can make the difference, Ron Paul is pretty much the only candidate that has come here. I only see Ron Paul signs around (except 1 Romney and 1 Kucinich). Maine is a good shot so lets not regret that we didn't do enough.

Need some help from southeastern Maine supporters...
After 4 MONTHS of slowly converting my parents to the Revolution, they want to caucus this weekend in Maine for Ron Paul. I spoke with my mother today (who is and has always been involved in politics as a Republican) and she spoke with someone in the Maine GOP party about the caucus process and they only confused her. It sounds like that person didn't know much more than she did.
Is there anyone in this Maine meetup group who can help me deliver accurate information to my mother? She resides in the Bath/Woolwich area. I told her I would at least get an email contact for her. Believe me, we want this woman on our side. She is pretty good at influencing people :)
