Black Budget: US govt clueless about missing Pentagon trillions (Video)

http://youtu.be/j4dzECaBxFU

The Pentagon has secured a 630 billion dollar budget for next year, even though it's failed to even account for the money it's received since 1996. A whopping 8.5 trillion dollars of taxpayer cash have gone to defence programmes - none of which has been audited. This black budget has sparked concerns over potential fraud, as Gayane Chichakyan reports.

I'd like to say, "why don't

I'd like to say, "why don't they have some secret court with judges that have classified security clearances review it?" ... but we all know that hasn't worked well so far.

Most people who study the military or are enthusiasts of say the stealth program know that the pentagon has had a black budget for decades. To a certain degree I put a lot of trust in the military officials who were/are involved in the black budget and it's programs. Not so much anymore since a lot of these generals have been getting fired by obama over the past few years. Prime example is the head of the NSA. He has a terrible facade he puts up almost like he is pretending to be conservative but that facade is very transparent after seeing him speak to congress. His actions and views scream progressive to me. If he is any indication of what some of these other generals are like then wondering about corruption in the black budget is no stretch at all to me.

Homeland security statement: patriotism is now considered terrorism.
I love www.isidewith.com shared it with everyone I know. If anything they realize its not just a red and blue idiot running for reelection.

Government has been clueless for 220 years.

The criminals that absconded with the money know where it went. They depend on the government being clueless and incompetent.

Anyone with experience in military procurement knows it

is one gigantic cluster fuck. Paperwork gets passed around and around through layers of bureaucracy and so many regulations it's a wonder they can keep track of even half the budget. Systems are antiquated and personnel shift in and out. It's an even bigger wonder they can fight a war. The Pentagon manages because when the shit is on the line someone higher up just says,"Do it!", and they cut through the red tape.
The pentagon desperately needs a top to bottom cleaning and re-structuring. It's a big enough job for a president to devote a full term to. Why any of the past many have not is a testament to the leadership we have chosen.
I'm not discounting excessive, unregulated black budgets, misappropriation, and outright theft, but the problem is much larger than that.

Interesting, because Rand has called for them to be audited.

I've never heard anyone else mention that.

It's the same thing Rumsfeld was referring to in his infamous

speech on 9/10/01 (and earlier).
And lol. How do you audit a black hole? Seriously, I suppose an audit is the place to start, but that alone could take years. What's needed is a Commander In Chief who is committed to re-organizing and streamlining the entire Pentagon administration. If I were president, I would not tolerate the inefficiency or the politicization of the Pentagon. To do otherwise, best interests of the nation as defined in the constitution are not being met.

Anytime

money goes missing from the government, I automatically assume the it has secretly gone towards building up arms to create an Orwellian state and a coup, to help fight those who will resist with arms.
