Ducks, Evil Coins, and Liberal ConversionsSubmitted by dwalters on Mon, 12/30/2013 - 16:31
Currently, the Daily Paul seems to be mired down in hogwash. The Duck fiasco is MSM fodder for the flock. Analogous to the Wall Street tycoons of the early 1900's damning the creation of the Federal Reserve, Krugman's outcry against Bitcoin should ring hollow to anyone that realizes the US Central Government has the technological ability to data-mine its way into a hefty fortune of the currency (not to mention that the FBI reportedly already has the largest wallet). And, how the hell did an insincere post about a libertarian-to-liberal conversion get up-voted so much on this forum?
I felt it necessary to take a break from my holiday sabbatical in order to address these concerns and cast a few well deserved down-votes.
My humble suggestions:
- If you disagree with what the Duck man said, use your free market vote and don't watch the show.
- As far as Bitcoin is concerned, sell high.
- If it's not obvious, the libertarian-to-liberal post is a poor attempt by a liberal at a persuasive essay aimed at conversion.
In addition, I imagine all of the religious posts that have been receiving so much attention are likely just attempts to cause and sustain infighting.
The election season is upon us and, not surprisingly, so are the trolls. Philosophically, the Republican and Democratic parties are bankrupt. Since they can't convince us to put the blinders back on, they have resorted to tomfoolery and chicanery.
On a positive note, these are just symptoms of our inevitable victory. After all, we have the truth on our side.
Don't be fooled.
May the tone of this nation and the world continue to drift towards Individual Liberty in 2014! Things are looking up!
Have a happy New Year!
