Cops came to Richard Stotlar's house in Holly Hill, Florida late last Friday looking to serve a warrant on a woman for prostitution charges. He told the cops he'd never heard of her, and no one by that name was in his home....

Criminal trespass, wreckless endangerment, discharging a firearm in a populated area. Violation of the Fourth Amendment protection of Stotlar's home, without warrent, probable cause, or exigent circumstances.

It's so obvious only idiots (including cops, lawyers, judges, Demoblicans, and Repucrats) could fail to see it.
