just what are these "American Interests"?

sounds like a nice term to diffuse the fact we have no business attacking and occupying other countries that are no threat to us.

good job Jan!

The "alleged"

twenty-two patsy....uh...uh I mean cutouts...er....uh...terrorist were Saudi and one Egyptian not Iraqi. So why didn't we go to war with Saudi Arabai?

Guess there is no principle after all.

15,000 more Saudis brought in despite 9/11

President Bush signed an agreement with Saudi Arabia after that allowing in another 15,000 saudi students into US universities after 9/11. I wondered if any were female. I wrote to the U of Wisconsin asking what the ratio of male to female Saudi students was that were already there. My response was that no such records were kept. Then, I wrote to two feminist organizations on campus laying out the situation that the University might be discriminating in its enrollment of Arab women. I received no response.

Thanks Mr. Helfeld

You are right. Exposed to ridicule, yes. But more hopefully exposed to the reality of his own schizophrenic thinking. He has a principle, but the principle is determined by wind, temperature, humidity and the price of tea in China. When that doesn't work he has to just resort to naked fallacy.

You make people think. Hopefully his encounter with you will sow some seeds. We are such strange animals. Such a powerful proclivity we have for lies and lying. Hard to combat that.

Exposed to ridicule

In order to be consistent, Bradley Blakeman is required to say Iraq was an imminent threat to USA! This exposes him to ridicule because everybody knows Iraq was not a threat to the USA.

It's what they don't say,

What they don't want to acknowledge is the fact the USA is an empire with a role as policemen of the world and that the US military is funded by the petro dollar. The US defends the OPEC countries, in exchange the OPEC countries sell oil only in US dollars.
