How Hitler used Universal Healthcare in Holocaust

How Hitler used Universal Healthcare in Holocaust

This is an excerpt from the documentary "Architecture of Doom." It shows how the Nazis considered the German population as one body to be healed collectively by the German universal healthcare system (Hitlercare). The Jews were seen as analogous to a microbial infection of the population that had to be eradicated in order to bring on utopia.

Progressives were major promoters of eugenics in America in the 1930's. About 60K people were sterilized by eugenics programs in the US. Whether they are yet as ruthless as Hitler, or not, they still want to use universal healthcare to social-engineer an utopia in America by Government coercion and force.

Health care costs are rising from crap science

And over-medication AND ridiculous regulations. It's why a simple disposable medical supply item will cost 20 cents in Cuba but 50 bucks here.

Imagine if a drug dealer only got paid by the visit.

But if he can hook someone and get a cut of the supply...

There you have the modern 'family' physician.

Imagine if the drug cartels bought drug dealers fancy gifts and sent them on exclusive getaways.

There you have the modern pharmaceutical company.

Hitler had nothing to do with building Universal Healthcare. Let's quit trying to rewrite history. Woodrow Wilson and FDR laid the groundwork for most of the socialized systems we see today.

What's the most common term in a medical journal? "Studies suggest..." That should tell you all you need to know about medical 'science'.

Just a reminder here that this thread is not about whether or

not state run healthcare is a good idea. It is about whether or not Hitler used it in the Holocaust.

But IF you are a veteran getting VA benefits OR a senior getting Medicare and you are knocking government healthcare you are a hypocrite who speaks out of both sides of his mouth.

You are GETTING government healthcare. Disagreeing with it in principal for others is a little twofaced if you ARE in fact already getting it.

"But IF you are a veteran getting VA benefits OR a senior getting Medicare and you are knocking government healthcare you are a hypocrite who speaks out of both sides of his mouth."

Oh really?
These are contractually guaranteed benefits. Veterans pay for care by their service. Medicare recipients paid for their benefits with premiums and payroll deductions.

Only the wealthy can opt out by foregoing services and benefits and paying directly, out of their own pockets for care.

Same for social security

Which has been touted as insurance. We pay a good portion of dollars into it in addition to taxes

You pay your taxes - whether its called Medicare Tax or Income Tax (or FICA). What you get back is an ENTITLEMENT. You don't accept Medicare as a contract - there is nothing contractual about it (unless you are a Newt fan with his infamous "Contract With America"). You can't opt out. You PAY your taxes - you GET your entitlement. That's it.

Same with Veterans Benefits - whether drafted or enlisted - you don't have a choice. You get socialized health care just for joining up. Its an entitlement just like any real universal healthcare system would be an entitlement just for being a citizen.

There is no similar job in the private sector that once you have joined the company you have healthcare for life. Why? Because ONLY government gives entitlements. And that's what it is.

Don't fool yourself. And don't pretend its something else.

"Only the wealthy can opt out by foregoing services and benefits and paying directly, out of their own pockets for care."

Same as government run healthcare in Britain or elsewhere. Only the wealthy can opt out by foregoing benefits and paying directly for private care.

VA healthcare is garbage

Other hospitals will be no different under the socialized system that you endorse.

By the way, you're reinforcing the association of Hitler and your dear president Obama the more you bump this thread.

dwalters, Not to be disagreeable but

We recently had a female, veteran relative whom my wife assisted in the course of having surgery on her back.
The service she received from the Pittsburgh Veterans Hospital was superb.

My wife, a natural born critic of medical care, was blown away with all aspects of the care her cousin received except for the scheduling. Every visit before and after surgery entailed a long wait.

But even the free parking garage had the latest technology that efficiently, directs drivers to empty parking spaces with a high tech, light system.

All of the patient services and amenities on site were world class state of the art and free of charge.

It seems that they book veterans extra early for appointments so as not to have gaps in the work flow from late arrivals.

I was more bothered by the fact that there was so much spent on peripherals, at tax payer's expense.

My dad's experience has been

that once you start getting older they'll just let your ass die. In order to get proper care, he's had to go outside the VA system.

In addition, I've known people that have come back from Iraq to find that anytime they seek counseling they are met with pill pushers instead.

Its better than nothing.

YOU have it and you want to deny it to others. Means you are a hypocrite.

I don't have it

When its garbage or nothing you take garbage and be glad of it.

I don't like the fact that we have the most expensive and least inclusive healthcare system in the world so I support Obama. Yeah.

Where is that guy who was looking for an example of a ridiculous strawman argument?

You will get

nothing anyway. How many people had their health insurance policies cancelled, which they could afford, to go onto and find they can't afford Obamacare? Or, they can't keep their doctor, or lose their ability to continue their treatment because of Obamacare.

Obamacare is just another way for the government to stick its hands in your pocket. IMO, Obamacare is the best thing the government has done to promote free market capitalism. Doctors are leaving, and setting up offices that accept cash only. It's a start.

Its an old post and if you read carefully you will see I was

using sarcasm.

NOBODY was supporting ObamaCare here. Not me. And not anyone else.

I realize I have to use sarcasm carefully because people often do not read the entire post or what was being commented on - but rest assured - neither I nor ANYBODY ELSE (even the people I was arguing with) were supporting ObamaCare in any way. Period.

ObamaCare bad. Real bad. NOT GOOD. I NEVER supported it even for one second.

I do not support ObamaCare. Never have. Never will. Forever. Completely.

Do you get it NOW?

There were

several people who didn't "get it." You're right, if you are going to use sarcasm, you should probably give the reader some indication. It is hard, at times, to interpret, especially if you don't post here frequently.

Always helps if you read the full post, and those that are being

commented on, since arguments follow a flow, like a conversation.

If you only hear a few words of a conversation you might get the entire wrong impression. But here you have the advantage of actually rewinding the conversation and reading the whole thing, if you care to.

With Obamacare all we will get is garbage.

On the other hand any handout from big Government is garbage. Can you name one Government program that was successful?

Since there is not even one, why are we entrusting 1/6 of the economy to a man that had little experience running anything? But he did run for office very good, scamming everyone!

BTW I voted for both bush's for President, but now I see that the Bush's, Obama, and the Clinton's are cut from the same cloth. Get smart and do some research on both Parties, they really want the same thing. They are nothing but a duopoly to scam us into thinking we have a choice between Republican and Democrat.

If you think Obamacare is about heath care, then your sadly mistaken. Just think with Obamacare all Americans are going to be registered with the Federal Government, and we all will be tracked with the heath card.

One more thing you should ask yourself, who owns the Insurance companies? Most are owned by banks, and banks run this country through the Federal Reserve. So now we just handed 1/6 of the economy over to a bunch of crooks.

If you think the banks are honest then you need to do a little research on how the FED came into existence. The Bankers pulled a scam on the American people in 1913 and it's been going on ever since. I doubt this country would even be in debt without the FED.

Who the hell is talking about ObamaCare?

NOBODY on this page (that I am aware of) is talking about or in favor of ObamaCare. That has nothing to do with this thread.

ObamaCare is a gift to insurance companies to make them richer. Everybody has know that from the start.

In case my post above threw you, I was being sarcastic about supporting Obama after this other character accused me of it. I thought the sarcasm was obvious.

Do you think the government should be able to

tell people what to eat and take legislative action to enforce it?

NeoConism (like Naziism) provides universal healthcare to its

favored military participants.

If Hitler was living today, he would be a NeoCon.

Socialistic programs like free medical care would be provided to all the participants in his military first society, just like NeoCons favor today through the VA and other military benefits.

And Hitler (like Romney proposed) would have demanded universal military or civil service from ALL members of society.

The Nazis were socialists. That's where their very name was

derived - National Socialists.

German Europeans were enamored with socialism

so the name worked, but it was somewhat inaccurate. The Nazi party was run far more like an oligarchy, with party favorites receiving special favors, just as China is.

"Hence, naturally enough, my symbol for Hell is something like the bureaucracy of a police state or the office of a thoroughly nasty business concern." ~~C.S. Lewis
Love won! Deliverance from Tyranny is on the way! Col. 2:13-15

Yeah and the North Koreans.

Are the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Democratic AND a Republic (none of that either/or stuff) AND belonging to the PEOPLE. Who could doubt it?

That's where the name was derived from. Because of course names are always right.

Of course. So don't go knocking Kim Jong un for giving his people all that wonderful stuff - because it IN THE NAME!

Fascism is just another form of socialism just as is

Fascism is NOT a form of Socialism. It is a form of

Totalitarianism like a Communist dictatorship might be OR an ultra right wing dictatorship might be.

But Socialism, Communism and Capitalism are all economic systems.

Fascism is a form of radical national authoritarianism that can be right wing or left wing. It is not an economic system.

A big part of fascism is certainly economics

Fascism supports a state-controlled economy that accepts a mix of private and public ownership over the means of production. Economic planning is applied to both the public and private sector in a fascist economy, and the prosperity of private enterprise depended on its acceptance of synchronizing itself with the fascist state's economic goals.

It ALL has to do with totalitarianism.

You GET what totalitarianism IS right?

Its where the leader (be he dictator or committee) tells everyone what to do. PERIOD. Okay?

So of course this same dictator or committee is going to be telling private and public companies what to produce and how much. Right?

It goes hand in hand with being TOLD what to do. That's what totalitarianism IS.

Did you think the state might be totalitarian in every aspect except that companies would be free to produce whatever they wanted? And in whatever quantity?

On what planet would that make any sense?

Fascism IS AN economic system, if you disagree...

you die... I know, bad joke.

Profiting from the ends to spite the means (poem)

"We Have America"

-Netan yahoo

"Freedoms Price" -Perma
* Arrogance feeds a beast yet unsettled in American dreams.

* Jesus was just the beginning of beginnings... and beginnings have only just begun.

* Beginning to find God is to reign the truth in on individuality to take the holy path to begun.

* And once begun govt may take our guns, but never faith over time will they reign in our sons.

* For once God spells the fruits ending their ends holiness will reign individuals in to whats begun, the messiah will be unmistakeable through love for so manies and never again will be split into pennies to sell God at freedoms price.

Arrogance is in spitefulness and those who claim an end to their endings will be as spiteful as God loves you since your beginning.

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.

The US stands almost entirely alone among developed nations

that lack universal healthcare.

So if there is a direct connection between it and Naziism then why hasn't every developed nation in the world become Nazi?

In their vehemence to build a connection between universal healthcare and all the imagined terrible consequences, so many people forget that universal healthcare is not an untried system on the horizon that has never been tested, or that HAS been tested with dire consequences, but is in fact the system IN USE in EVERY OTHER DEVELOPED NATION IN THE WORLD EXCEPT OURS.

And the result of our NOT having it is that we have by far the most expensive and least inclusive system in the world. And we by no means have superior healthcare no matter HOW it is compared.

I am not persuaded by this line of argumentation.

It is an appeal to join the bandwagon. The problem is government controlled health care results in the rationing of health care. I talked to some old Germans about Germany under the Nazis. One thing they discussed was the healthcare system. They told me medical care during that time was low-budget. People did not have private hospital rooms, but were housed in barrack style halls where there was a line of beds with little or no partitioning between them. They described life in Nazi Germany as being a mixed bag of good and bad.
More recently, several European countries have gone bankrupt and their universal healthcare has too. Hospital workers went unpaid. The latest in surgical equipment was unavailable; operations using arthroscopy here are done the old cut a big opening way there.
Medication shortages have occurred in Spain and Greece. I am sure some are unavailable in Cuba. Long waits for procedures are typical in Canada and Britain.
Everyone getting everything they need and want when they need and want it at no cost to themselves is a lovely idea made from unicorn farts.
The reality is the law of economic scarcity applies to things people believe they have a right to just like everything else. Passing laws doesn't create supply out of thin air.
Price fixing and the granting of government monopolies produces either high prices or shortages or both. It kills innovation. Ma Bell had a monopoly on telephone service and there was little innovation in telecommunication for decades. There is no incentive to make things better faster cheaper in a universal healthcare system. The system is designed to create shortages and kill innovation.
The solution to any healthcare problems in the U.S. is not more government control; It is less. Look and the Veterans Administration health care system. It has a reputation for being horrid. On the other hand, it does come with a free grave and marker. Universal government healthcare in the U.S. is going to be the VA without the free plot. With government healthcare you get what you pay for and less.
