I just got this sent to my myspace page and thought it shoulf be posted here as well. This is from the Alaska Meetup's who use the campaign office there. If what they say is true this is a HUGE deal that needs to be addressed ASAP!

Maybe true, but

I think that a phone call or an e-mail might look better for the campaign than a public display like this.

On the other hand, keep up the good work in Alaska. Two months ago, mine was the only house in my neighbor hood with a Ron Paul sign. There are a few more now, and no other lawns are endorsing anyone yet.

Government is not the solutions. Government is the problem.

If I burn to many bridges I'll never get off this awful island.

Shouldn't Headquarters

see this? Like NOW!

Beware of Agent Provacatuers - Hire for 3 things

The campaign must hire staff that demonstrates 3 things:

1. Character - Must be able to stand tall and rally the supporters. Must be committed to the cause of liberty. Must be committed to having Ron Paul win.

2.Competence - Must be competent. Able to perform his functions but also able to clearly articulate the message to others and inspire others to act.

3. Commitment - Must be committed to place success in the campaign as a top priortty over and above personal/professional resume building. Spreading the message of liberty should flow naturally from within.

Also, we need to be aware of Agent Provocateurs. It sounds like 1 or more found a 'job" and was shipped to Alaska. I can tell in 5 minutes whether one is committed to spreading the message of liberty or paying lip service for a job.

I am convinced that the Ron Paul volunteers is absolutely the most diverse group of people ever assembled for a common cause. The role of the leader is to ensure that everyone is contributing in their area of strength, providing a good plan and inspiring people to act to accomplish the plan.

Here in Jacksonville we have the night owls, the front men, the phone crews, the mail brigade, the Slim Jim team.

Of course some do all but often some only want to do 1 of these things. Empower them and then turn them loose.

What we have done is to ask what each volunteer wants to do, how much responsibility do they want to have and get them involved in their team.

I do not know the circumstances surrounding the removal of this supporter but I assure you this will not help us win Alaska. This will hurt morale and needs to be addressed fast. We are counting on Alaska. We must have a win in Alaska.
