►This makes for complexity (knowing what jurisdiction/domain laws to follow)... but YOU (then) are ultimately responsible to 'know' who's law you're keeping/breaking.
►This completely aligns with 'competition' between (now) cities and counties for citizens and populace within Washington State.
►I wonder (now) if Washington will respect a city/county LIBERALIZING rather than restricting the 'law' further...like they indeed have done with the Feds?
►10th ...are reserved to the States or the people.-- Counties and Cities??
