Ron Paul is coming back to New York City on Wednesday, June 13 to tape an interview on the Colbert Report. New York is a four hour bus ride from Boston, and I wanted to be there so badly - but my real work is piling up on me, so I'm not going to be able to make it. But a lot of other people will be there. Check out Eventful.com for the details on where to meet. Check back here to watch the interview! Be sure to send pictures if you go!
Thanks to http://ronpaul2008nyc.wor... for the tip.

I didn’t see the first one
I didn’t see the first one (I should look for it). That is excellent. Colbert and Stewart both are huge forces for better Media; attacking the script and the dogmatic stupidity of left & right. Did you see Colbert when he Lampooned Bush at White House Correspondents Dinner? Grapefruit sized balls, it was incredible. Colbert won’t be polite; if he’s in character; he’ll be a prick. His MSM questions are asked so as to reveal the questions for the biased crap that they often are.
I saw the first one...
Colbert was pretty tame. He made a few of his quick-witted quips, but nothing bad. Dr. Paul was his normal, unwavering self and was given time and space to state his position (3 min. elevator speech, if you will).
What surprised me was the props he got from Bill Maher a week earlier. You can see the clip on YouTube.
Colbert
Dr. Paul was booked on this show a while ago, around the same time he was booked on The Daily Show. So this "back by popular demand" stuff isn't quite right.
Still, it's a pretty good forum, if Steven can be polite.
Picking it up on iTunes
I can't watch, but will download the show from iTunes. Its $1.99, and a cheap way to support the shows that are giving Dr. Paul a voice.
