Federal Reserve Propaganda Film: The Great American Downgrade

OK class... How many ERRORS can you find in this BS film?
I'd love to be in the same room with Ron Paul or Tom Woods on the 'pause' button... SO much good material here arguing the case for 'smarter' intervention, while dissing Austrian/Libertarian concepts. Humanizing and Excusing the Fed Board 'decisions' throughout. This is PURE propaganda by your Government meant as 'LUBRICANT' for the coming Crash so we don't string them up by their necks when it finally comes. The entire film is designed as an EXCUSE.
@ 10:00 just LISTEN to the 'explanation' of the Great Depression.

If we are not ready to live

If we are not ready to live without government, then at the very least its role should be to compliment our rights, not subvert, deny or dictate them

Our rights are self regulatory, you can not use your own rights to violate another, as that other person cannot use their rights to violate yours, this is how we distiguish whether our rights are violated, this is what we use to defend our rights, we use our rights to defend our rights

The problem we have today, is to many people do not understand their rights, even when they are instinctual, even when they are natural......its is the bullshit, the things that dont matter so much, made to be looked as if it is the most important thing in the world, that gets in the way, and to many people lose touch with their instinctual rights, and im gonna go out on a limb and say, that someone somewhere affected that persons life to make them forget it, whatever small or big that might have been, the moment you first hear......"thats life kid"

"id love to be in the same room with Ron Paul or Tom Woods on the 'pause' button."

i just imagined those two doing a talkover, like the ones you sometimes get on dvds the option to switch the audio over to the actors speaking about what their watching

Thanks for the image

Failure To Recognize The Real Question

This film fails to recognize the real question: If the Federal Reserve caused all these problems, as they point out, should the Federal Reserve even exist?

If I were to screw my customers, it wouldn't take 100 years for me to go out of business. If I were to screw up at my job, it wouldn't take 100 years for me to get fired.

This film points out that the economy is now centrally planned. If we learn anything from history, it is that central planing fails because no one is smart enough to manage everything. With that being said, why does the Federal Reserve exist?

money and guns?

You know, i really didnt think it was that bad.

There was quite a bit in the film that they got right. Not all of it, but for a MS documentary, it was world better than what it could have been.

Séamusín

ah...

THAT'S exactly what makes for 'good' propaganda.
The poison in the 'Turkish Delight'.

Same point I was trying to make about the
