Oklahoma Senate Bill 1473 Restores 2nd Amendment Rights By Not Requiring Gun Owners To Obtain A Gun Permit

"State Sen. Nathan Dahm states, “The Second Amendment says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and yet when we require our citizens to jump through hoops, pay fees and undergo a process that presumes they’re guilty of something until proven otherwise, their rights are being infringed upon,” Dahm said in a press release."

Scribble vs Scribble

Another politician scribble to enforce a previous politicians scribble (the constitution)... you don't need a politicians scribble to tell you what to do.

Stop waiting for mafia leaders to do what is moral... the only moral thing they can do is resign, and admit they have no right what-so-ever to do ANYTHING! Majority rule does not and can not give anyone rights they don't already have.

Please wake yourself up:
Stop watching MSM and take some time to wake up:

I agree with you 100%

However I support any action that raises awareness of liberty or makes people think differently. The sad truth is that the way the world ought to be is not the way it is, so I must find something to be grateful for. This guy is in Tulsa, and many of the young people there are yuppie wannabe "progressives," not to put them down, they just need access to better information. Who can convince them that bicycles and beer are no more precious than ideas and freedom? If somehow we could change all their smartphone homepages to DailyPaul.com...
I enjoy passion and you certainly speak with it. Even though this guy is a politician, and while politics is not the road to freedom, he is keeping it real by challenging the mainstream ignorance of Joe Sixpack and Jane Yoga Mat (just made that up I think it's clever).

Since I share your sentiment about the illusion of authority I am trying to build a tribe of friends and family that can thrive independent of the harmful system we live in. If we want out of the political system we must leave behind the other systems that prop it up such as the agriculture and economic systems. I attempted to clarify my thoughts with this post.

There is no authority

to grant nor deny a natural right through legislation.

No one has any say at all, unless one is infringing on anothers right to life, liberty, property or contract with tangible damages.

Show Senator Nathan Dahm some love:

(405) 521-5551

"If approved, Dahm’s legislation, also known as the “Piers Morgan Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms Without Infringement Act” would become effective on November 1, 2014."

I would love

If he introduced legislation to punish all state actors and others who infringed on anothers right to life, liberty, property or contract.

What MY Ark would look like:

Why ask permission? Why even have a 'bill' to 'restore' natural-born rights?

The 2nd Amendment is the ONLY permit that you need.

If the word was spread, there are enough Liberty, and gun-toting people, to not pay into the system to even worry about 'permits'.

'Shall not be infringed.'
