Little Sisters Of The Poor Awarded Temporary Victory Over Sebelius By Scotus : No Dissent! (We Do Not Consent Rights UPHELD!)

With a one paragraph order, the Supreme Court permitted the little Sisters of the Poor to avoid self-certification in their fight to avoid compliance with the Obama care mandate. The Little Sisters of the Poor's legal argument was 'it believes that the self-certification process, which consists of sending a form to the Department of Health and Human Services stating that it wishes to be exempted, still violates its religious beliefs by forcing them into a certain level of compliance with the law.'

This is not to say the battle is over, far from it. They are not stating in this ruling that they will take the side of Little Sisters of the Poor, they are simply saying 'We will not hold you to the law until we rule on this case.'
