Do you think Superbowl 2014 marketed sex with children? Did those ads make any sense at all?

The elite ritual of super bowl sex rings are making rounds, as seen in this video:

http://youtu.be/i0YUvzmRnA8

But I had to make this post concerning last nights super bowl advertisements.

Was it just me or did Super Bowl 14 show children one second and a celebrity thrusting sexually ten seconds later?

Whether it was a soccer player in his underwear, or tim tebow on a bull, or bruno mars in tights... it almost always followed children dancing or smiling.

The group I was with agreed with me after I spoke up.

Either way,
last nights ads were the most non-nonsensical displays of brand recognition I have ever seen, can anyone make sense out of what they saw last night?

I don't see a connection really

just our normal depraved society doing what it does best.

lol. I liked the expose on 9/11 at the MVP conference tho.

metaphorical convergence has gone from celebrating tradition of seasonal lore to this;

finding out whether I am being programmed with kiddie porn while a fictional seahawk defeats incumbent bronco in a theater of war.. all for the powerfully commemorative trophy...maybe they should introduce purple hearts to all the injured, that way I can go back to my tent knowing my tribe holds the trophy and therefore the Gods will bless us with more grain and bounty.

It was just you

Sorry, but your statements are full of logical fallacies. Just because you associate seeing kids just before or just after a sexual image, doesn't mean there is a combined message between them. If anything, you are the one making the connection - maybe we should be concerned about you.

I watched pretty much everything and didn't see anything connected (other than the absurdity of reading an abridged Declaration of Independence before a sporting event - what the Hell was that?)

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."--Mark Twain

you're off point attacking the OP

"...maybe we should be concerned about you."

Not an attack

I was not "attacking". It is a matter of relativity. I, a pretty normal person who is "awake", does not see the same connection. It is a matter of reversal. If the commercials from different companies are not coordinated, then the person who sees a connection is the one associating "something dirty".

Don't be worried about me, my questions are how I learn.

I didn't see the Declaration i'll have to check it out.

I am asking observational questions, not analyzing economics, there isn't much logical fallacy to attend.

Maybe it is because I am not used to watching cable so I was reading too much into commercials that I did not understand AT ALL.

I just don't care if you judge me for posting the subject, I judge your objectivity as suspect by analyzing me and not the subject.

I am curious whether others have similar questions, I have my liberty to ask.

If I were to be concerned about you, i'd be concerned whether you spent more of your time attacking subjectivity over defending it in your attempt at logical analysis.

Not judging

No worries - I'm not judging you. But, you make a specious claim that logic is not used unless you are doing math. Logic is used in all argument, or should be. That is why it is important to point out fallacies. You are using one of the most common fallacies, non sequitur, which means "does not follow". You also mixed in an argument from ignorance - in other words, not having evidence that your assumption that all the commercials were intentionally linked for a common purpose of selling children sex is wrong, does not make it right. One cannot prove non-existence. And, subjectivity should be "attacked" -(I don't think I was "attacking", just pointing out holes in the argument). Not all opinions (subjective reasoning) are correct. In order to advance an argument from subjective observation you need to bring logic into it.

sub."If anything.. Maybe we should be concerned about you." obj.

The evidence was witnesses, evidence is T.V. images, the cause and effect was looking up at the screen and seeing the T.V. images of children followed by sexual innuendos.

Public Records Exception to Hearsay, evidence will be entered into as evidence, not as logical fallacy...that's for the jury/forums to decide. Case Closed. ;P

O...K...then...?

Since you replied with jibberish, I'm assuming you are intoxicated in some fashion or have a disorder. Either way, I will not converse again. Best of luck to you.

And...seek help

Children singing "every time

Children singing "every time I close my eyes I see my name in lights...A different city every night" as a pre-lude (PREPARE PREPARE PREPARE) to Bruno Mars then singing "Locked out of Heaven" with the lyrics:

'Cause your sex takes me to paradise
Yeah, your sex takes me to paradise
And it shows, yeah, yeah, yeah

This gave me the image of the children seeing their own pictures on the "Missing Children" billboards in different cities as they are being trafficked for sex from place to place.

It's hard to imaging that this production was put together in this way with the viewer left to simply not associate the beginning of the show with the content of the rest of the show.

That is creepy
