If Ron Paul is not a candidate, I will vote for Alan Keyes' eventual third-party run.

I refuse to compromise my beliefs and values to settle on something sub-par. Voting in an election has nothing to do with voting to win. It has everything to do with voting for what is right. I will not participate in the ridiculous notion of picking between the lesser of two evils. I would hope that if Ron Paul is not given the GOP nomination that he deserves and is perfectly fitted for I would hope he would accept that of the Libertarian Party. I'm sure he would buckle under the urgings or his supporters. However, if not, I will vote for Paul regardless. I will vote for what is right, moral, and something I can believe in. The 'lesser of two evils' idea is exactly the cause of apathy in politics today. There is no lesser of two evils, it's just two evils. Why choose between them when they represent the same thing? I will not sacrifice my values to commit a vote for a candidate and cause that I would consider to be a sin. If I have to write Ron Paul into my ballot, so be it. I will not be bound to party politics. I totally reject the other candidates. They do not meet my criteria and do not deserve my vote.

If we want to threaten the GOP, fine... let them know that Dr. Paul is the only republican candidate we will support, and if we can't have him, we'll find another way, even if that means taking our vote away from the party. The party has been corrupted and lost what it once stood for. We are what remains of the Republican Party. Our movement is what remains of freedom in America. The GOP can make its decision, but they must understand the consequences that it will divide and destroy their party. If they will not endorse and stay true to their former beliefs then we will leave and they can find success without us. Good luck doing it. It's time we make our stand.

Don't do that! if Ron Paul isn't the nominee, then I will simply write his name on the ballot. If he's not a "write in candidate" here in AZ, then that means my ballot will simply be chucked by the corrupt counting machines. But you know what? I don't care.

I have talked to countless number of people here in AZ this week about "wasting their vote" on Ron Paul. I tell them "you only waste your vote when you don't vote for the person you KNOW in your heart of hearts is the best candidate for the job." NOBODY has ever had a come-back for that. Ever.

I am an appointed PC here now in AZ and will become an elected one and I along with all the other "Ron Paul PCs" will start the arduous process of fixing this mess from the bottom up--at least here in AZ.

But no, the GOP won't be "threatened" by me voting for the "other side." If Ron Paul's example has been anything to me, it has been unwaivering dedication to a principle and belief. If you believe in him and the message of Liberty and return to constitutional government, then you cannot, on principle, vote for anybody else.
