Jacksonville Family Thrown Out of Home by SWAT Team in Standoff Involving Neighbor (Misread the header, sorry!)

What about the 3rd and 4th Amendments does the Jacksonville Sheriff's department not understand? Apparently everything, as they took over a woman's house for 'tactical advantage' with no notice except a knock on the door. What about reckless endangerment of the family that lives there?

Tallahassee?

As a former resident of Tallahassee, please change the title of the post to Jacksonville! The cities are THREE hours apart and the story has nothing to do with Tallahassee. The TPD has their hands full with the FSU football players! ;)

Sorry, my bad

that was too sad, thank you for catching that!

They didn't bash the door in --

So was the house unlocked? Not excusing the cops, just an unwise decision overall as a homeowner.

shouldnt the

third amendment be applied here, since the "troops" were seeking to quarter her home?

i believe so,

any Constitutional lawyers on-line? (I edited the post accordingly, thank you)
