I just heard the Judge say

I just heard the Judge say that the SCOTUS would be hearing this care sometime in 2015 to 2016. Talk about free press for someone on the campaign trail speaking about liberty. "Hello, my name is Rand Paul and I'm so concerned about liberty and your privacy that I took it all the way to the Supreme Court."

The Judge is too good...

he handles these media talking heads so well, the guy is a stud for liberty.

The judge should

give rand libertarian speaking lessons. talk about a sneaky way to seem mainstream but give a libertarian message. notice how he dealt with that 9/11 families comment. Cant he run for president in 2016? i like that better.

meow

totally ridiculous comment but...

I miss the salt and pepper judge! Badly dyed hair judge weirds me out a little.

Don't care about the hair.

I've always loved Andrew, but I did notice that he's been losing weight, so I just did a google image search and wow, he looks way different. Good for him! Taking care of his health. He looks much younger. I also like that he seems to have toned down his manner of speech a little, which I also see as quite becoming. I hope he runs with Rand.

I don't beleive it is dyed. Andrew cured his copper deficiency.

My hair is darker now. my beard is regrowing more dark than grey.

Free includes debt-free!

Has Hitlery weighed in on the NSA spying?

If so, I assume she is defending it, if not she is another COWARD who will not address the issue because she fears the outcome and being on the wrong side.

Until The Surpreme Court

President Pinocchio is going to have to

ramp up the FEAR factor to get the sheep behind him and his secret court.
The good thing is we are all so much more ready to discern and even thwart a false flag if he so chooses.http://www.edwinwendler.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Fear-Factor-1024x768.jpg

Bruce Fein: Rand Paul /Ken Cuccinelli Stole NSA Suit

yep.. shtf (yawn)
Washington Post

...when Paul filed his suit at the U.S. District Court in Washington on Wednesday morning, Fein’s name had been replaced with that of Ken Cuccinelli...

Fein, who has not been paid in full for his legal work by Paul’s political action committee, was furious that he had been omitted from the filing he wrote.

“I am aghast and shocked by Ken Cuccinelli’s behavior and his absolute knowledge that this entire complaint was the work product, intellectual property and legal genius of Bruce Fein,”

Mattie Fein, his ex-wife and spokeswoman, told me Wednesday.

“Ken Cuccinelli stole the suit,” she said, adding that Paul, who “already has one plagiarism issue, now has a lawyer who just takes another lawyer’s work product.”

I decided to NOT make this into it's own thread as this is just backgroung chatter to detract from the VALIDITY of the suit itself.
Nevertheless...
I have one word for the Rand supporters: "Incoming!!" **grabs popcorn**

.

"A spokesperson for RANDPAC forwarded an email from Fein denying Mattie Fein’s allegations. “Mattie Lolavar was not speaking for me,” Fein said in the email. “Her quotes were her own and did not represent my views. I was working on a legal team, and have been paid for my work.” Bruce Fein confirmed to msnbc that the email was from him."

The Judge knows the truth.

Privacy versus safety is no contest.

Kudos to Rand Paul for at least doing "something" to oust the worst president in American History.
