With all due respect, I will no longer be a voting prostitute for Constitution rejecting harlots.

And cops wonder why

People don't trust them and want to be armed. Bad warrents, raiding the wrong house, brutality, false arrest, pay to imprison, etc .... The sad thing is if you kill a cop without cause you get an injection. If a cop kills you without cause the cop may get a slap on the wrist if he's unlucky. Sickening.

You Know

here's the deal. You send the guy a registered letter. It says: It has been reported that you are involved in illegal drug activity and you have until (?) to indicate otherwise or contact us for an interview. If you don't comply, we may pay you a visit. There has to be a clear and present danger to involve spontaneous military tactics.

Send a guy, maybe a local that the guy knows and talk to them. You just don't use maximum force on a whim. Goddamn these people. It just ain't right. These tactics should not be used. Someone is MURDERED then its just oopsy doopsy, dang we made a mistake. That's just not the way it should be done and it doesn't take a genius to know it.

God forgives always. Man forgives sometimes. But Nature never forgives.

or better yet

Get rid of all laws against drugs. I have never used any recreational drugs, and never will. This type of b.s. is a prime example of why I will never consider voting for anybody for any public office who is opposed to eliminating ALL drug-prohibition type laws.

If they want to make laws protecting minors, e.g., making it illegal to sell to minors fine. If they want to make it illegal to falsely advertise that drugs are not harmful, that they are "cool" etc, (i.e. fraud) … similar to the Joe Camel cigarette ads, etc. fine. But the government does not need an excuse to get their noses into people's bank accounts, homes, travel luggage, etc.

There are many reasons why God made hell.

This murder is one of them. Disgusting.

It almost feels like Hell has been settled on earth for while

It almost feels like Hell has been settled on earth for a while already, if you ask me.

And that it's just some will have the Cum Laude privilege to come back here to dwell forever, after their physical demise.

Just a rhetorical speculation, nothing religious.

"Cyril" pronounced "see real". I code stuff.

This is terrible!!

The youtube said the sheriff resigned in early January amidst multiple scandals connected to the department. Is that going to get him off the hook??

Here's what I don't understand.

Why are these raids for people thought to be using drugs ending with death? I just don't get that. As the article stated, the guy was in bed and no gun was mentioned. Why shoot him? Bullshit.

this is a pretty aweful account

My only solace is that if something like this unjustly occurred to me, there would be several men who would not rest until the perpetrators "got their's"

...and an immediate bullet to the head would be tooo generous

Every few days we get another police brutality video

It almost like they would love to have an event that they could use as a reason to declare martial law. There is a whole lot of pushing going on.

When you have a rogue gang of tax payer funded thugs

committing injustices on the community and you try every non-violent means to stop but can't, there is only one thing left to stop them.

Lousy cop said he "smelled"

Lousy cop said he "smelled" meth.
How the hell do you "smell" meth if none is there?
POS cops.

meth has no smell

um yeah meth has no particular smell
at least not one that can be distinguished unless maybe you smoke it
and had just smoked it and were in a cloud of meth smoke that dissipates after 10 sec
unfortunately I've been around people using it before

The making has a significant

The making has a significant chemical sell

"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty."

A law suit large enough...

to empty the Sheriff's coffers and require the auctioning of assets...like guns and black body armor...needs to be instituted and won.

Wha? .....hey....who stole my country?

First thing Bush Jr did

Upon entering the White House was cap lawsuits, so this kind of Sh_t could happen and not break the will of the coming oppression. The cap stated medical malpractice but the color of the law was clear. To spill over into all lawsuits. Like Cops enforcing company policy not laws! One thing remained and that was to limit jury trials. You have seen example after example, And the Judges who tell juries that they will interpret the law. Third World country indeed!

What are you even talking

What are you even talking about? The Cap on malpractice was in Texas - not the federal level. And the cap occurred in 2003, Bush wasn't even governor anymore. When people spew out right falsehoods and lies it make us look bad

"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty."

Not at the Federal level?

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH: Lawyers are filing baseless suits against hospitals and doctors. That’s just a plain fact. And they’re doing it for a simple reason: They know the medical liability system is tilted in their favor. Jury awards in medical liability cases have skyrocketed in recent years. It’s a system that is just not fair, it is costly for the doctors, it’s costly for small businesses, it’s costly for hospitals; it is really costly for patients.

SUSAN DENTZER: The president described Illinois’s Madison County, where he spoke, as an epicenter of the crisis due to aggressive local attorneys and courts.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH: Over the past two years, the liability crisis has forced out about 160 physicians in Madison and St. Clair Counties alone. When doctors move or close their practices guess who suffers? The patients. The people who live in these good towns in this part of the world.

Pregnant women have to travel longer distances for checkups, accident victims lose critical minutes in transit to far away emergency rooms. New residents, people you’re trying to get to come and live in your communities have a hard time finding doctors willing to accept extra patients. And that causes the quality of life in your community to deteriorate.

Condescending twit,,

I try not to attack other DPers out of respect. You should try it sometimes. I copied the first link that popped up not the most accurate one. Do your own digging. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC545016/ Why would I give a damn about what Bush did in Texas? He used the Presidency to set up the Problems we have right now. Do you want to defend Bush I will enjoy bursting the Bubble you live in.
