What is Capitalism?

Where the F's the EPA when we NEED em?!

Where the F's the EPA when we NEED em?! Those jerks stopped a highway from crossing a malaria infested swamp near my town even after they bulldozed six blocks of houses for the throughway. And they fine homeowners from collecting rainwater to irrigate their gardens. Why can't they shut down NSA's abuse of this natural resource on the grounds of illegal water diversion and illegally high ambient temperature in the runoff?

I know, I know. EPA enforcement is for us shmoes. The REAL rulers don't follow any laws.

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"
