For anyone who does not know,

For anyone who does not know, hurricane Katrina sparked this issue when local & federal officers confiscated legally owned firearms. Doing so left many people unable to properly defend themselves or their property from mobs/looters.

Now then

do not stop there, on to punish Feds that use forfeiture statutes to steal citizen's property.

Last year in MA, news helped defend a hotel

There is a Fed whose job it is to identify properties without mortgages, owned free-and-clear, so that they can charge the property with a crime and forfeit it into the government's hands.

They said there were 15 drug crimes in 14 years there. The defense showed that the same rate of crime is occurring at other local establishments, so why single out this hotel? The Fed lost, and I hope he lost his job and got shamed out of MA. (Anyone know his name?)

Anyway I completely agree, humans that take action to deprive other humans of property should be shamed, and run out of town. If that doesn't work, hemp rope should do the trick.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

I Remember That

...story. I wondered how it turned out. Thanks for the updated info. These statutes, these agencies, these agents are perpetration's by common criminals. Period, no excuses. Criminals, financed and paid to go out among us for the purpose of stealing.

Voted you up, but that's not the person I was referring to

From the article I found (heard about it on WBUR, as well, so it's fitting this was the top link!), at http://www.wbur.org/2013/01/24/tewksbury-motel-foreclosure

"The DEA has an agent who testified his job is to seek out targets for forfeiture by watching television news and reading newspapers."

(Oh look, another government stooge paid to consume entertainment!)

It continues, disgustingly as it turns out regarding the behavior of the local "authorities":

"When he finds a property where drug crimes occur he goes to the Registry of Deeds. Finding the Motel Caswell had no mortgage and was worth almost $1.5 million, the DEA teamed up with the Tewksbury Police, who were offered 80 percent of the taking, the agent testified."

80% to participate in grand theft motel? They should all have been fired. No amount of funding will convince me to take evil actions. None.

At any rate, this DEA agent's identity was not specified in that article. Hopefully, one of us can find it, for shaming purposes.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
